Wendy's — Restaurant in Virginia

This place deserves zero stars, not the first time I've had issues with this location either, but I placed a mobile order, they weren't that busy there were only 2 other cars in front of me in the drive thru, once I got to the sign to let them know I was here to pick up the guy taking orders just kept saying one moment please for a few minutes, when he finally ask what can I get for you I told him my name and I was there to get a mobile order, he confirmed my name and order an told me to pull up to the window, so I pull around and I'm sitting and waiting for the guy to say anything, and after a few minutes he says he doesn't have my order, I showed him the order on my phone and that it had already been paid for, he kept telling me they didn't get my order and told me I need to move I was blocking the drive thru, I again showed him the order and that fax it's been paid for but he refused to do anything just kept telling me the same thing to call the company, rude as hell and offered zero solution, I was about to cancel the order but now have to wait until the charges are reversed or taken off to get my money back. I don't eat a Wendy's often, but on occasion, I am craving a Frosty or a spicy chicken sandwich. After my last experience here, I will never return! We pulled into the drive through sometime after midnight and had the hardest time communicating with the person on the speaker - primarily due to her lack of any grasp of the English language. We finally gave up, parked and went in thinking we'd at least get a different person who spoke English...NOPE!! The ineptitude in that restaurant was beyond compare. We actually saw a woman filling a soda for a customer by putting the ice in after she put the soda in the cup (made quite a mess behind the counter!). We finally got our order (not correct) and ran out of there, vowing never to return again. I come here sometimes after work for a quick dinner because I don't have time to cook some nights. Whoever was supposed to be taking orders did not answer the drive-through even though I called out 4 separate times.

Had to pull up to the window only to see she wasn't even there until I called out. She then proceeded to say (in a very irritated tone) that I wasn't in line so no one could have taken my order. When I told her I had been calling out into the mic out there and no one answered she said no one had heard me.

I get that it's night time and sometimes you're ready to go home, but don't make rude assumptions when you are in the wrong. Just apologise and move on.
