Yesterday I used the online ordering system to order a family meal and some spring rolls for my daughter to share with her friends at school. My husband went to pick up the order and it wasn't ready. He finally got the order and rushed it to the school. When he got there he realized that the spring rolls were missing. I called the store a few hours later when I got off work, and asked if I could speak to someone about an incorrect order. The woman on the phone asked for the name on the order, and when I told her she immediately said "oh yeah, you didn't get your spring rolls". She asked if my husband wanted to go back and pick them up. I said no, as they were meant to be part of my daughter's lunch. I asked if they could just issue a refund, and she said no, Panda Express doesn't offer refunds. She also told me that the online ordering system is through a "third party" and that mine was not the only order that was "messed up" as though that was supposed to make me feel better. Other than asking for us to drive back, there was no other offer to resolve the issue. Knowing that they were not the least bit interested in correcting their mistakes, I realized that calling was a waste of time, and told the...
Read moreStail, old, and tasteless food Not as good as the Mooney Blvd store. The food was not fresh and reminded you of food sitting around. The food was far from fresh and how long has this food been sitting out and why is food like this not made to order. My mother asked me to go to the store on Mooney where you walk in and order but I was shopping on the Northside so I decided to get the food on Dinuba Blvd. She noticed the taste right after the first bite. When I started to eat the food I thought to myself this food 🤤 is terrible and realized my mother was right and how would I know since I live in Las Vegas. These companies always ask if you want to donate to some fictitious cause when already the food is overpriced.I've been to almost every fast-food restaurant, and one does it better than the rest. I've tried dozens of fast-food restaurants, but Panda Express is my favorite. Panda Express offers the full package: cheap food, large portions, stellar customer service, and a welcoming atmosphere. This store needs to close down since they simply don't have the management and personnel to make a great experience for the consumer. June...
Read moreThis Panda Express location is an absolute disgrace. I don't even know where to begin with how unsanitary this place is. The tables were sticky, there was food all over the floor, and frankly, I'm pretty sure I saw a roach skittering across the counter. It's clear they don't care about cleanliness at all. And the food? "Fresh" is the last word I'd use to describe it. The orange chicken was dried out and tough, like it had been sitting under a heat lamp all day, and the rice was lukewarm and clumpy. Everything tasted old and unappetizing. I barely ate anything because I was so concerned about getting sick. To top it all off, the staff acted like they hated their jobs and, honestly, me. They were rude, unhelpful, and acted annoyed by every question. No smiles, no "thank yous," just a general air of indifference. I've never experienced such unfriendly service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this Panda Express. It's a health hazard with terrible food and even worse service. I wouldn't recommend it to my...
