Went in for a viper alarm an told the guy what I wanted specifically. He didn't know what I was talking about an said I needed to wait for someone else to come in on another day. Then told me to wait an got someone else who had to look stuff up on a computer and then didn't have what I wanted but instead of saying that he was rude when I asked about what his produ t does then. Also rude an sarcastically telling me " ok I understand you have that but im asking a different question." This was the Asian guy in the front. He's clueless about the product they sell in that place. Go somewhere else. Then he replies saying im the one who yelled an saying dint come back.why would I go back when you have no knowledge of what I was asking. All of a sudden you know what I wanted? I went to dynamic and they knew instantly what I wanted an I didnt say I didn't want it because animals set it off. They had ones that BEEP ONLY and I wanted the proximity warning to be better quality. All they had to say was they didn't have it. Instead the customer service was terrible. GO TO DYNAMIC if you read the owner reply you can see how careless an rude they are to their customers. Instead of apologizing for being rude he blames me. They didn't have what I wanted it was easy to say that instead of give me attitude and be rude to me. Don't worry I won't be going back why would I? Lol you're silly!!! Lastly again I recommend going to dynamic car audio they know EXACTLY what you need an want and have a huge selection of brands an stuff to choose from. I repeat do not go to this dinky little store where they are rude an dont even have someone in the front who knows the products....
Read moreTook my Chrysler 300 to get some dvds installed i was told it would take about 2 hours.. I said ok cause i needed my car for the next day to go to work this was at 1pm (cause i was given that hour).. Dropped off my car paid half and walked home.. 2 hours passed no call.. 6 hours passed no call.. I finally called and asked all i was told they're working on it.. My husband then called almost an hour later and was told ready it was almost 10pm.. Picked it up went home saw on my finally receipt they wrote charger?? What?? I was like whatever.. The next day when i got off work wanted to see my dvds worked.. Ugh.. One of the headrest comes off completely doesnt stay up dvds are working but touchscreen doesnt work when it has too both headrests are lose they should be able to stay up middle not down all the time.. I was like my grandma could of done a better job.. NEVER AGAIN im i raking a car...
Read moreI bought a subwoofer online and needed a box. I was referred to Sound Creations by another car audio business because Sound Creations carried a prefabricated box for my needs. I called them and they informed me they had what I needed. I went over that day and they installed the subwoofer I had with their box for a price I was happy with paying. The installation was clean, and they gave me a cold bottle of water while I waited. I also got a new amplifier from them installed by them and it was a better price than what I found online. The installation charge was agreeable and they did a clean job on that as well. I am very happy with their service and demeanor. I will be a returning customer for future car...
