I headed to the Dollar store, Looking for my products for a birthday celebration.

I was surprised to see the line of trained customers that were more than 18 to 20 people already waiting with their products in hand to make the corresponding payment.

I thought I was at the Airport or Train??

I asked the lady who was arranging merchandise why there was only one cashier and she responded that she did not have access to the cash register. I asked her, like other customers, we asked her again where the manager on duty was, her answer was in her lunch?

The question is if that manager does not realize the consumption time at that time? because the manager never came out to help open another box and help customers pay for their products...

Hopefully the owners of this store can look at their surveillance cameras and see the number of customers we had at that time in our personal time for the dollar store at 1927 N Dinuba Blvd Visalia CA 93291.

Me dirigi a la tienda de Dollar, en busca de mis productos para la celebracion de un cumpleanos.

Me sorprendi al ver la linea clientes formados que eran mas de 18 a 20 personas esperando ya con sus productos en la mano para realizar el pago correspondiente.

Pense que estaba en el Aeropuerto o Tren??

le pregunte a la senora que se encontraba acomodando mercancia que porque solo habia una cajera yy respondio que ella no tenia acceso a la caja, le pregunte al igual que otros clientes le volvimos a preguntar Donde estaba el manager en turno, su respuesta fue en su almuerzo?

La pregunta es si ese manager no se percata del tiempo de consumo en ese horario ? porque nunca salio la manager a ayudar para abrir otra caja y ayudar a los clientes a pagar sus productos... Pregunta para los duenos de la tienda ? que medidas necesarias de control de negocio tomaran ustedes ? los trabajadores se frustan porque obiviamente necesitan apoyo...Los clientes pensamos y valoramos si ya no es conveniente no volver a ir La cultura de una tienda, es da un buen servicio busca opciones y soluciones... recuerda los clientes aplaudiran tu cultura empresarial.

Es importante conocer los horarios de los clientes y cubrir las necesidades de los consumidores.

I like going to Dollar tree obviously great price on items compared to regular stores. I hate walking into any and all Dollar trees because there is only one cashier for about 25 customers in line. There's always about two more employees working either talking in the office or "stocking shelves" and management only has one cashier working for dozens of customers. The customers become irate and cruel to the cashier which is not at fault and has no control over how many cashiers work, that's up to management. I've seen customers yell at cashiers or drop their items on the floor and walk out. To place an employee in an position like is cruel and thoughtless. I've called Dollar tree corporate office with no response back. I encourage everyone that has experienced this to call corporate office until...

The store should have no stars. Horrible customer service awful management and the Associate's can't even tell you the truth when it comes to their policies. Do yourself a favor and go to any other Dollar Tree who will do refunds if they happen to put a bad product on the Shelf rather than waste your money. The manager Terry sits in an office all day and doesn't even do his job. This whole chain of stores is so screwed up that corporate can't even call you back. Probably because they know how bad they suck. In my experience any stores that refused to refund is not because of the customer but because they have bad products and refuse to lose money. Horribly ran and even more horribly executed if possible. Small selection shelving is always a mess, any other store is better....
