Went here on a Tuesday evening. Wasn't busy when I got there, but got busier when we left. Parking might be hard to find depending on foot traffic.

I ordered 5 tacos of cabeza, lengua, tripa, barbacoa and adobada along with a torta de milanesa and a kid's quesadilla. The tortillas were handmade, which was a plus. However, the downside was it crumbled on the barbacoa and lengua taco, so you couldn't fully experience the taste. All the meats were solid, except for the adobada. It had a cardboard flavor to it that was pretty off-putting. I tried a little bit of the torta de milanesa and that was really good. Horchata I purchased was typical of restaurant Horchata.

Overall, a very solid place. Some people tend to compare this place with Tacos El Rojo. Personally, they're different styles, but in terms of the marinade and texture of meat I'll take Tacos El Rojo. However, Melaque is solid and I'd definitely come back to try their breakfast and...

Before going here, I read the reviews and I was like OK let me try it. First of all, customer service could be a little better. I got Tacos. I asked him. What does it come with? Since this was my first time there. oh, with whatever the veggies you want and the salsa I had no idea. I had Left already when I opened them no Salsa . I’m guessing that I had to grab my own so I didn’t even eat my tacos I had no salsa. I did bite one because I was actually hungry and it wasn’t good. The tortilla was actually cold. I’m really disappointed I didn’t go back because I was already too far down the street but for me and all these reviews and people saying it’s really good maybe I just want a bad day. Maybe they were rushing but it wasn’t busy one of these days I’ll give another try and I always want to give the benefit...

I love this place I been going since they first debuted with the original man who opened up their first location inside of the circle 7, sadly he later passed. Their new location is okay for being inside a compact area for so long I do feel that should invest into expanding their current space and for now they definitely need to add more chairs, two set of tables and chairs isn’t inviting. Besides that their my go to Mexican restaurant of choice hands down. I do not like going in the morning when the other new girl is working she is really rude on the phone. I just wait when the other lady that comes in afternoon she’s been the employee always taking care of me when I. Order...

I 💯 absolutely love Tacos Melaque! I would drive 3-4 times a week to eat here. The chille rellenos here on Thursday are so good 🤤 but u gotta get them before 3pm cause they sellout fast. The fajitas and tacos are on point for sure. My goto 👏 every 👏 single 👏 time is chorizo breakfast burrito 🌯 with sides of guac. The hand made tortillas are the best I’ve ever had also like you’re in Mexico 🇲🇽 it’s hard to find a business where the staff is committed to customer satisfaction and the kitchen is a well oiled assembly line. Tacos Melaque checks the following👇 ✅Price ✅Speed (5-10min food wait) ✅Taste ✅Customer Service ✅Prices (pre-covid prices) ✅Cleanliness

I ordered the chili relleno plate. They have a limited supply of chili rellenos so you have to call ahead to make sure you can order them. They are fresh and stuffed with fresh quest fresco cheese. Cooked in a flavorful red sauce. The rice and beans are probably some of the best iv had at any mexican food restaurant. Iv only ate here one time but I think that is going to change. I will for sure order the chili rellenos again. I forgotnto mention they make fresh homemade corn torillas too. Also sorry the pic i am adding is a pic after I took a few bites lol.
