Would give 0 stars just because the customer service by kristine B!!!. We were treated very poorly right as soon as we walked up to the cash register i greeted the cashier with a very kindly “hello good afternoon id like to order for dine in” she proceeded to roll her eyes and talk to me very rudely the entire time i was giving her my order. she never made eye contact with me she would just look around the restaurant and roll her eyes while giving me attitude. I continued to politely give my order and when it was time to pay my total was $50.19 we handed her a $100 dollar bill she walked away from the register to run the bill through a machine then a few minutes later she came back to the register and handed the bill back to me and said her machine would not take my bill so we kindly handed her another bill and had the same issue with that bill as-well according to her then she came back insinuating my money was Counterfeit money which i believe was just her acting that way towards us because i believe if someone pays with counterfeit money the bill is not returned back and other actions are taken in the act. At last we gave her one more last bill and she finally accepted that one. The way she treated my husband and i since we walked up to the register and the actions she took when we paid her made us feel so humiliated in front of all the customers and workers present. We then ate very uncomfortable and weren’t able to enjoy our dinner like we had envisioned. Id like to mention that we are hispanic and im not sure if this is a racial issue but the whole time we were at the restaurant every customer that walked in did not seem to be hispanic and they were all greeted and treated very nicely by her. We absolutely love round table and the delicious recipe and flavor the cooks in this location have which is the reason we always come to this location but we are always treated very extremely rude by this cashier when she is present. Today i feel like this is enough i am done being humiliated and treated very poorly by her when all i want is to enjoy a delicious pizza at your restaurant. I hate to have to avoid this location because of the way she makes us feel. The cashiers name is Kristine B according to our receipt. I really hope the issue with this cashier can be resolved because i dont want to imagine how many people she humiliates this way during her shift when all we want is to enjoy a good pizza that she clearly isnt giving away and every customer spends their good earned money in every visit. Read moreWould give them a zero if I could. Delivery was scheduled for 6pm. I set this up on their website earlier in the day. Received a text from Doordash (apparently they use Doordash to deliver? Had I known this I wouldn't have ordered from them in the first place, if I wanted Doordash, I would have used Doordash!) saying my order would arrive at 6:52pm. The pizza ended up arriving at 6:20pm. It was cold, and it was missing items.
I contacted Round Table via there website and was offered a half-hearted apology and an offer that they would redo the order... Now why would I want to repeat this experience? Really, this "offer" just shows a complete lack of customer service experience.
None of these things in a vacuum would be an issue, until you realize that this is, by FAR, the most expensive pizza option in town. Three pizzas plus tip came out to $120! And yes, the only option to tip was at the moment of order. If I had known that this would be the result...
Take my free advice, GO ANYWHERE ELSE! I guarantee that you will pay less and receive equal or greater customer service and pizza. Literally any pizza place in Visalia is better...

I called to rectify this and requested a remake. The “manager Selena “ stated that she could assure me it did have cheese. I literally shook all the topping off and there was not one ounce of cheese on any part of it, I told her. She said I needed to “prove it to her” and that it will be 1-1.5 hour to remake it and I’ll have to come pick it up. Needless to say I let her know how terrible they are.
