We visited the Sonic location. On Ben Maddox in Visalia on 5/22/2021 around 8:30pm. We placed our order and when we got to window was read the wrong order. We politely let them know where the order was messed up and they said okay. The worker returned multiple times to ask about our order, each time I repeated our order and he would say ok. After paying for order and getting receipt, I noticed the order was still wrong and I was charged wrong. I brought this to the workers attention and repeated our order again to him. He said okay and away he went. When he brought handed us our food the order was still wrong and missing a whole meal. We told the worker who then got a lady who identified herself as a Manager. She began to read me the old order that they messed up in a rude tone, I stopped her and said let me just tell you what our order was because that would be easier, after telling her what we ordered she still insisted in reading the order that they got wrong in a rude tone. I let this manager know she didn’t need to be rude, we just wanted the proper order. The female manager became more disrespectful walking away from the window and saying negative comments about the fact I told her she didn’t have to be rude. At this point I told them to take the food back and I wanted a refund. At this time a male came to the window and identified himself as a manger very rudely. He stated he was giving us our refund, I asked this male manager if I could have the actual store managers name and contact information to make a complaint, this male manager informed me very disrespectfully that he was not giving me nobody’s name and contact information. When I asked when the store manager is available, this manager told me he’s not going to tell me that either very rudely. This was a sad encounter at a place I will never visit again. Sad that two different employees who identified as managers treated a customer with such disrespect and were in no way professional. I sure hope these managers are not in charge of training because they will for sure ruin young people that are just getting...
Read moreLast time I family went here to eat you were expecting great food and great service as many times before. However the youngsters they have here working or disrespectful and rude totally screwed up all of our orders, and then had the nerve to overcharge us. When we got back to her house and found out that our orders were totally screwed up and half of it was not even available because they forgot or for whatever reason they didn't put all the combination meals together. I as a mother had to go back show the receipt, after calling and asking for the manager mind you another ( youngster) and requesting my money back. The manager then said well we can replace it and in the background I heard of the other youngsters cursing and complaining about me as a customer going back and asking what happened to her food and why were we overcharged? So they didn't want to give back the money they wanted to give us more food but we were all like not in the mood to eat their food anymore and the establishment had so many flies inside it was very disgusting. So maybe it's Under New Management and you don't have all these disrespectful rude youngsters they're messing up the orders anymore. And they got rid of all the Flies. I don't like to cut down restaurants so much but I do tell the truth and it's not very nice to deal with people that don't want to do their job and get upset because you go back and ask for your order to be completed or your money back when you didn't cause the mix-up. So if you're out shopping and you wanting you to quick bite to eat and go home and relax with your family make sure you look at your order if you go to this place and make sure it's all there, otherwise you're going to have to drive back and go through unnecessary rudeness due to the lack of maturity and...
Read moreI like sonic and like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but this was a rough go. So about half of the drive up Windows are missing so decided to just order from the one in the front. Pushed the button 3-or 4 times no answer so thought maybe it wasn't working so tried 3 other ones no answer.. So thought guess I'll go to the restroom no luck it was locked, at this point I'm thinking that I'm on one's of those hidden camera shows. Any ways at this point I'm feeling pretty bold and go to the employee only entrance I open and ask hello are you open no response I see lots of people rushing around frantically... So I know they are open. So I just about leave but figure I'll try one more time (I mean push the button 8 times) They finally answer oh and can I use the restroom waiting waiting then no towels. Start to finish 37 min and to top it off I thought they would offer something... Said could I talk to the manager on duty. nothing... No manager on duty what how can this be.. Corporate take this one back it is horrible representation of your company.. so I left with out food because I don't support this...
