My husband and I are on a CA road-trip (visiting from Midwest) so we can’t make our own coffee. It’s impossible to know which coffee shops will suit our taste. We just ordered what we always order at coffee shops. I got a small vanilla latte and my husband got a large coffee. The cup was too hot. I had to put a stack of napkins around it. I could barely taste the vanilla. And they filled it so full I almost spilled it. I can’t drink such a hot coffee through a tiny hole so I took the cap off. My husband’s coffee was weak. Sorry, don’t mean to be mean..just being honest. Hopefully this can be taken as suggestions to improve. All in all, thankful for a cup of coffee before our long drive. My wife introduced me to HB since we were in Colorado and I've been going to the one on Caldwell since their first day opened. Now I live closer to the Ben Maddox Way one and I've got to admit, the service there has been poor. They are slow, they leave you at the drive-thru with no acknowledgement. It would be nice to atleast be greeted and told, "Hello, we'll be right with you." Just a courtesy that Caldwell always had. The girls that work there are nice but that isn't the issue.
