The food is awesome but was a big let-down when the kids didn't get their toys :( and then when I went to go ask them for their toys the cashier at Burger King said "Oh we didn't forget their toys "mam"' "but if you want their toys ,you will have to give us the cookies back that came with the happy meal" my jaw literally dropped! "Are u serious?!" I asked then I said "let me get this straight... You want me to take away their cookies and give them back to you just so they can get their toys?!' I was boiling at that point. "The cashier lady just looked at me dumbfounded and shook her head yes. Wow! Never have I EVER felt so disatisfied humiliated angry and so many other emotions that I don't think have any words to describe all at once at that very moment. I think even my vision was RED!!! THEN, when my 3 boys, disappointed and sad, handed their cookies back just to get their toys, it took every ounce of strength in my body to keep me from leaping across that counter and just Molly whopping this sorry arse pathetic excuse of a human being. 'I want to know one thing .. how do u feel right now, as my kids are handing back their cookies in return for thier toys which should have already been in there? I mean how do u live with yourself and do this to children?" I asked her but she ignored. So FYI IF U EVER VISIT BURGER KING ON HE CORNER OF BEN MADDOX AND DOUGLAS REMEMBER TO ASK FOR THR TOY INSTEAD OF A COOKIE IF YOU WANT THE TOY. BECAUSE YOU CAM ONLY HAVE ONE OR THE OTHER AND THEY DONT GIVE YOU THAT OPTION AT THE TIME IF ORDERING. Read moreVery disappointed in my service today at Burger King on Ben Maddox. I went through the drive thru and ordered. The order taker was obviously not paying attention as I had to repeat my order three times. I asked for a large icee with half cherry and half Coke. When I got to the pay window the lady collected my cash and handed me my change without exchanging any words and walked away. The expeditor came up and tried to charge me again. When he realized I paid he handed me my bag of food and the icee. At this time, the manager, I'm guessing, walked behind the counter and was laughing and talking on her cell phone. I received my order and drove away. I looked down and noticed that the icee was made incorrectly and had cherry and blue flavor instead of Coke. So I parked to go in and just get the icee I ordered. When I walked in the same manager, female with tattoos and a bad attitude, walked by me still on her phone and shook her head at me. Then she pulled the phone away from her mouth and said, no you can't bring your cup back in here and get a free refill from a previous purchase. She kept walking away as I was trying to tell her what happened. She rolled her eyes and got on the head set and told the order taker they gave me the wrong flavor. I handed to the girl the incorrect icee, she too rolled her eyes and slammed the wrong icee in the trash and shoved a empty cup at me and said here. I was a store manager at a fast food chain for 5 years and now the store manager of a retail pharmacy for the past 13 years and this is not the way to win business. Read moreNO Refunds; so the staff is RUDE! !HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! This place should be closed down! The excuse was short staffed. I spent $44. After placing a drive through order, I waited more than twenty minutes parked outside With 2 other cars before asking about my drive through order. I was then told the order was NOT complete. I waited additional ten minutes & asked for my money back. The incompetent cashier who posed as the manager though the managers name is printed on the door, spins around looking for the NO Refunds sign which was a 5x7 laminated on the counter, though clearly NOT posted in the drive through. And then she began sarcastically indicating my only option was to wait for the food or forfeit my hard earned $44. After an additional five minutes & the order was WRONG! I walk in AGAIN to ask for them to fix the order and of course she threatens to call the police on me...I arrived at 8:56 am & left this horrible establishment at 9:42 am with an incomplete order. AND I paid for a man's meal as a dine in order & the second time I went in I realized he did not have his food.... it was sitting on the counter in a bag... YES I AM REPORTING TO THE BETTER...
