Taco Bell — Restaurant in Visalia

Used drive thru, so yeah, my atmosphere was awesome! Fast Food prices are going to have my family eating out at restaurants and way less fast food like Taco Bell. I figured food prices were going up with the astronomical prices for tacos and burritos. Oh, also, BRING BACK THE TACO SALAD!! Was my favorite and stopped eating out at Taco Bell since they stopped making them!! I'm not the only one who was the same as me. Taco Salad was several people we knew favorite and really decreased the amount of time they ate at Taco Bell after stopping selling them! Otherwise Food good just not $20-30 - to complete good food! With that in my household, it says they want to eat at the good Mexican food restaurant since the price is not that much more. TheAdamsFamily. I see a fiesta Taco Salad down this list. No one ever said no longer serving the Taco Salad, but we have a fiesta salad. Plus, these kids (even adults) seem adults have to fight for these jobs where kids usually were their first job, BUT with wrong orders, not giving straw, napkins (especially in drive thru! Eating in the truck is messy, and you need napkins) Giving wrong condiments, service is lacking any type of customer service you'd expect with them making more money you'd get! I've tried numerous times and at different restaurants to order the elusive Taco Salad but struck down. Asked several times, can they just throw the taco salad in a bowl, fully understanding their are no fried flour tortillas, BUT no one ever turned me onto the fiesta...

My goodness Taco Bell.. What is going on!? I can't quit you.. Yet.. you keep on disappointing us! We have been using the online app to order because it gives us time to actually browse the menu without being a "d$@k" and holding up the drive thru line and we can add or substitute anything we want and in return expect our order to be right.. these last few times it's mainly been whatever my wife orders that somehow comes out wrong. For example: she ordered a bean and rice burrito but asked for extra rice and to add nacho cheese and take out the normal sauce it comes with.. they didn't put extra rice, even put less beans and didn't put the nacho cheese.. the thing looked weak and sad lol like a dollar bean burrito was being made but they slapped a lite scoop of rice, threw in the sauce and rolled it up and sent it on its way. My wife took one bite, opened it up and just tossed it aside. Plus! That wasn't even the only thing it happened to. She asked for extra nacho cheese on her nacho bell grande and didn't even get enough cheese to top the chips lol. It was a bad day for her! Lol. I'm not gonna diss this place too bad cause of course we're only human and she'll get the craving to come back here and order again, just hope we don't an overflow of cheese or something definitely wrong "i.e. spit" in...

Taco Bell can definitely be a "hit or miss" when it comes to time of day, business, how big your order is.. alot of stuff come into play! The one thing I can say is I haven't had bad customer service here, sure they may have gotten some of my order wrong "especially from the app" you order a bean burrito no onions and you get onions or you say "no creamy jalapeno sauce" and you get it anyway lol. Stuff like that after a few times becomes annoying to my wife and when she starts to complain I start to complain lol. One thing you shouldn't do is go here after 11. We've made that mistake and the food was less then desirable, it was kind of a waste of the usual 20 bucks you spend on minimum here. But go during the day especially when they're getting the gears moving in the morning and it's the best thing you've ever eaten!
