Wendy's — Restaurant in Visalia

My wife and I came here on our lunch and placed a mobile order for two biggie bags when we pulled up to the restaurant the price through line has about 13 cars in it and we went inside and there was 30 or more people all waiting on their food. We waited 45 minutes for our food and we never got it because the manager came out and told everyone that they are cancelling all our orders and refunding us. I had only 10 minutes left of lunch and we had to wait another 20 minutes to actually get refunded. I will never be eating here again it was so ridiculous. And the sad thing is these are the people that are getting paid $20 an hour but can't even get our orders out. And then the manager came out and started yelling at the customers. I got no receipt,(I forgot to ask for it). One of my 3 orders was wrong! I told the older lady there at window. She said she could fix it. She took chicken sandwich from me and made it a BLT. I asked her why she did not make a fresh one. I was not given a receipt, I just know I ordered Blts. She said she only charged me for regular sandwich,again no receipt. Last time I go there!!
