I know they had bad reviews but I wanted to try myself because this place is really big in South Korea. The wait time was given for 25 minutes which is a long time... but the food actually came out in 8 minutes... we timed it. We ordered a whole boneless chicken but half regular crispy and half the spicy hot, a side of rice. The total split was around $15. After reading previous reviews I thought maybe we would get small portions or chicken like chik-a filet. BOY were we pleasantly surprised. The chicken quantity is a lot, way more for just us two to finish. I think maybe 2 big eaters could, but regular people should have plenty of left overs. The spicy was really spicy though. The rice bowl was just that... plain rice. The girl helping was super friendly and helpful... using the word "honey" when responding which made me smile because she was definetly so young and I think was trying to be respectful to my old age of 45. I let my friend take the leftovers to her family. I had an awful experience at this BBQ chicken place. The cashier was incredibly rude and condescending toward me and my friend from the moment we walked in. She acted like we were an inconvenience rather than customers and spoke to us in a dismissive, almost mocking tone.

To make matters worse, when we paid, we realized we had been overcharged. When we pointed it out, instead of fixing the mistake politely, she acted like we were stupid for questioning it and refused to acknowledge the error. The attitude was completely uncalled for.
