This location is my go-to and although Iām closer to the Oceanside location I always come to the Vista location.
We were there yesterday 9/4 and the gentleman that was working at the window, his customer service skills was awesome! However, the blonde female with the white t-shirt on was rude! When we arrived to the window I kindly asked if we could please add on 1 drink and if not I totally understand it was my error when ordering and the gentleman was kind enough to say yes no problem. Well the female was rude with an attitude said ādid they just add that drink on because next time, tell her to go back in line to the drive-thru lane and order again ugh the line is long and I need help!ā
I come here all the time and didnāt realize 4 cars behind us was a long line and I know that because I literally counted the cars before leaving the area and the line didnāt even go towards the Jackās drive-through line! I get it last minute add-ons could be frustrating on a busy day but her message deliverance was RUDE! Anyhow, I still left a good tip because of the gentleman's customer service and even apologized to the gentleman for the last add-on which he was not even worried about it told us it was ok. Not to mention 2 of my drinks were wrong that SHE made but I didnāt even want to argue at that point! Iāve been coming here for so long and that was the FIRST encounter I experienced ever, in which, everyone is usually always so nice and welcoming EXCEPT whoever...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreStopped by for coffee this afternoon (July 5th, 2025 @ 1:30pm) and there's a literal bee swarm inside the location with a lot of bees buzzing around the payment window. I'm not talking a few bees. I used to work in utilities and had to deal with bees on a regular basis, so trust me when I say this was a lot. Like hundreds, at least, just from what I could see. They're buzzing around inside, landing on the food and drinks while they sit before being handed to customers, and you wouldn't know about it until you're stuck in the drive-thru because you order around the back side of the building where you can't see it.
I'm kind of annoyed that I wasn't warned by the girl taking orders. My wife is allergic to bees. Getting coffee shouldn't be a heart-racing thrill ride, it should be chill.
This review isn't meant to dissuade anyone from coming here. It's a great place, with great coffee because they use normal grocery store ingredients. So it tastes like something you could make at home if you had an espresso machine.
But the fact that these girls didn't close down shop, resulting in customers being put in that situation without any advanced warning, blows my mind. That's peak ignorance. They might as well tattoo "Not my job" on their foreheads.
Management - where the hell are you and why do you tolerate this? Close down and get a person out to handle your VERY SEVERE...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI normally LOVE this place. I stop by every other morning but after this mornings quick stop, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I stopped for my usual ice coffee and muffin, did not pay too much attention to what was given to me until I got to work and settled in. Before opening my muffin I noticed a hole in the packaging and what appears to be pieces of the muffin eaten. I called and spoke with whoever was working (refused to give me a name) and they rudely denied that they had any sort of rodent problem and hung up on me and let my phone call contentiously ring when I tried to call back. I normally wouldn't care to write a review but the service I received during that call was enough for me to warn others to stay away from this place as it is clear they have unwanted critters in...
