Gina is incredibly unprofessional and I feel that people have a right to know about this. We have been using Gina for about 5 years now. Everything has been great until this last job. She “framed” 3 signed jerseys for us. My husband apparently asked for one thing and she “knew” it wouldn’t be possible. But still charged us 600 dollars for. A job that doesn’t even have the folds in the same place. She did not have the az cardnals logo showing like my husband. Asked. And it just looked like trash all around. But the point of this review isn’t for any of that. When I started questioning her on what her struggle was with so I could obviously let the new artist know when I got it fixed she had an incredible melt down and called my husband screaming at him. He hadnt even seen the finished product yet and was in a car with a work colleague. She didn’t let him get one word in and just screamed. It’s was the most surreal moment for a business owner to be doing that to a long standing customer. Completely unhinged.

Once again, Gina did an amazing job helping me find the perfect frame for a painting reproduction. She made sure I was satisfied with my choice, and more importantly, she suggested frames that accentuated my piece without appearing over done. She has a wide selection of frames to choose from at all price points, and even made sure her framing was complete over the holidays so my whole family could enjoy the painting in our Dining Room.
