Del Taco — Restaurant in Vista

Super horrible place! Worst management ever!! The "manager" there name is Tammi I beleive she is new i started seeing her not too long ago she is a total worthless, very unprofessional and a supervisor with no people skills whatsoever. She yells at the employees in front of the customers and has no manners at all, gives attitudes all the time and every time I see her she is on the phone. Left me waiting at the counter until another cashier came to help me. I waited about 3 minutes for a cashier when she was standing right there in front of me. I have been there many times and she has not helped me once even when she is in the front. Last time I was there she was yelling at one of the employees and I don't think that should be allowed period, specially not from a person that do not even have customer service skills whatsoever. I will call corporate on her as well because since I have been seeing her, this place has become a place that I do not want to come to and eat. Maybe a replacement or someone who actually cares about the customers would be a better fit for...

The lady taking orders I think was the manager. Well it seems she was having a bad day and took it out on me. I ordered one large fry she charged me $9.50 when I saw the discrepancy in price I asked her why am I being charged $9.50 for a large fry she gets all upset and start smacking her lips as if I’m doing something wrong by not wanting to pay $9.50 for one large fry we then find out she charged me for two large fries and insists that I asked for two large fries when I know for sure I asked for one large fry. the thing is her accent is so strong and so heavy you cannot understand what she’s saying It is not my fault that you cannot speak the language as I am a foreigner myself and have learned to speak the language properly do not get mad at your customers and start smacking your lips and throwing stuff around just because you made a mistake. Do not have the nerve to tell your customers that you don’t make the prices. You clearly charged me more than you should have. This is by far my least favorite location. I had a bad experience and Del taco before but my gf talked me into giving it one more try. I will NEVER eat Del taco again. This is by far the worst of of all. The night manager is a complete idiot he could not even fix what his obviously slow crew messed up. They overcharged be and didn't know how to do the refund so I said forget it just give me a couple more tacos. Confused the manager and the girl did as I asked but everything was thrown together. The cheese was clumped and looked as though it had been sitting out a while. To make matters worse the young lady cashier in the window coughed in her hands WITH HER GLOVES ON. What's the point of even having them on. All of the food went in the trash. I am so done with this place. Please is you fear getting sick 😷 avoid this place.
