Been going to this location for years since the Pizza Hut across the street is more expensive and never had a problem until recently. The last time I got pizza here was on Tuesday 4/9/24. I usually use their online coupon for a large 5 topping for anywhere between $10 and $15 when placing my order on the website for carry out. The price steadily went up over the years. It's no longer available. Now there's only a medium 3 topping for that amount. Check the site to see what other coupons are available for the location in your area. To get all the toppings I usually like I opted to use the coupon that's 2 or more medium 3 topping pizzas for $11 each. With 2 garlic dipping sauce cups, which have also gone up in price, along with tax, it came to $26! Now that's expensive! Stupid inflation! Not to mention food service workers now get paid $20 an hour. You'd think for that amount they'd get the orders right.
Well mine wasn't. I should've checked the pizzas before I left because one of them had only 2 toppings and was missing one. That's never happened before until now. I didn't check since I was distracted by my car's check engine light coming on when I went to pick up my order. I think maybe one of the 3 girls who was working there also distracted the one who makes the pizzas because it was like a hen party while I was there. They were all just chatting away, perfectly displaying why they don't deserve $20 an hour. One time on a busy Sunday evening I saw an employee, who turned out to be the manager, knock the ringing phone off the hook as she was about to answer it, but then just hung it back up. I feel for the customer on the other end of the line who was probably angrily wondering why they got disconnected.
Now that the service and quality I've gotten has gone down while the price has gone up, I think I won't be placing anymore online orders here in the near future. If I want my pizza fix I'll just get a frozen one from the store to toss in the oven at home. It'll certainly be...
Read moreI made an order online. I was given a time frame of about 30 minutes for the order to be completed. I noticed per the tracker that my order had been sitting in quality check since about 6:00p.m. Since my order was made around 5:45 I called around 6:30 d trying to find out the deal. I asked about my order was informed only 3 people worked there. Only one delivery driver who would bring the food when he returned whenever that was. I asked about the amount of time that my order was sitting and if I should be concerned about food safety. I basically wanted to make sure my food safe. Like anyone. The guy who I spoke to just slammed down the phone. I had to call back 3 times, the 1st he informed my my order was canceled. The second he answer and hung up. The third I was finally able to reach someone less aggressive. Though the lady at first, I'm sure defending her co-worker, denied me a cooperate number or any management number. Basically if there is an issue they just make a list for when management makes it to the store then they might give you a call. I will say the lady was decent once she took a minute and listened to my concerns. But all the years I've ordered from this dominos location I've never experienced anyone behave this way. To her credit she also explained the wait times for orders at the moment which the other guy didn't even bother to do, before he angerly canceled my order. I would have tried to get a family member to grab the food. I couldn't get it myself since I was recently exposed to covid. Apparently this location is overwhelmed with orders to the point staff struggles with their ability to give quality customer service from the beginning. I not really sure how I feel about this location and how they will treat my families future orders. But this was definitely a disappointment and...

In an effort to contact the manager regarding the employee who got mad, hung up on me twice and cancelled my order (without a refund) for wanting to make a correction to the order. On my third call to find out if I could get a refund, a mean-spirited boy named Lincoln put me on hold for 25 min, then told me I was not allowed to speak to a manager.
I would still like to speak to a manager to address the interaction with the store staff this evening, in addition, I would like to discuss what the employees told me about how the store manager does not care about his employees and how he will not help them no matter how many times they ask. They are very unhappy, which makes me understand their poor customer service.
There is something amiss at this location; abusive management? Disgruntled and miserable employees? No good.
Steer clear from this location, nothing but sadness and disappointment here. Give your money to local pizza shops that care about their employees and are willing to strive for kindness in their customer service.
Below is a picture of what I was eventually sent - raw mushrooms sprinkled on a cold pepperoni pizza. This was my punishment from Lincoln for asking if I could speak with the real store manager about the employee who hung...
