Flippin' Pizza and NY Bagels — Restaurant in Vista

Okay let me start this off by saying there is no Black person that enjoys playing the race card. Now that I've said that let's get to why I gave this place 1 *. Me and my wife came here one afternoon stood near the cash register while staring at 2 employees in the back who stared dead at us, and kept doing whatever it was they were doing. So 10 min later still standing there, and finally a Caucasian family walks in the door and the 2 guys in the back immediately ran to the front and 3 other employees came from out of nowhere as well. So me and my wife looked at each other and the guy finally ask what did we want. So we ordered and got our pizzas and walked out to the tables outside. Angry as hell at this point, we could'nt even enjoy our food because thats how angry we we're. So when it was all said and done, I got the 2 employees names and filed a complaint directly to the owner. Owner responded immediately and reviewed the footage on the camera and agreed to reprimand his employees and refund me my money and give me a gift card of my choosing. So as you can guess, I've never recieved my refund nor my gift card that was promised. So the owner is just as bad as...

First and foremost we love a good pizza joint! My husband and I stopped here because we were in the area and were craving pizza. We saw they sold pizza by the slice and decided to check it out. The pizza is delicious. Has that nice crispy bottom. Toppings taste and look perfect. The vibe is great. Theres beer on tap and there are tables to eat at.

The young lady behind the register, Paula broke everything down for us. We're glad she did because we ate our pizza slices that we came for AND left with a whole Sunday Family Meal that was very inexpensive for everything it came with. We wouldn't have known about it if Paula hadn't shared it. Thank you Paula!!! Whoever the owner of this establishment is please give her a raise!! She was very professional, informative, and she sold us on more delicious pizza that we got to take home to the fam.

We live in San Marcos and have a pizza place we visit there but Flippin Pizza has taken its place! We will be back. See you...

I was there a few days back and let's just say the overall atmosphere of the shop was stoner, skater, surfer, and tattoo shop vibe. They ask for a tip right at the checkout beforehand without even delivering the service just yet, so you're tipping without knowing what you're tipping for.... I had ordered 2 slices and a drink and it took 30+ minutes to get it. The employee with a cow nose ring took my order and threw it in the oven then totally forgot about it. Meanwhile took some to go orders, made some orders, checked her social media on her phone, chit-chated with her coworkers and during this whole time I was staring at her to see if it will ring a bell...sure enough it never did. About 25minutes in, suddenly it rang a bell that "hey we should probably check on those slices", and sure enough, they were charcoal black...and in the trash they went...... the next pair of slices about 5 minutes in and still cold. Absolutely careless environment and employees,...
