I've been a regular at Jersey Mike's Subs for my lunch breaks over the past couple of years, and each visit reaffirms why it's my go-to spot for a satisfying meal. My son had never had a cheesesteak sandwich before and I raved and raved about wanting him to try the one from Jersey Mike’s. The night before sending him back to college, we always do a food grab and I convinced him to go here with me instead of his fave place Board and Brew. After checking out the menu he decided on the bacon ranch chicken cheesesteak and I ordered the big kahuna steak. He’s a big eater so i ordered 2 giants so he could try both the chicken and steak. What is so frustrating about this place is you never know if they got your order right until you get home. They already messed up my order once before and you just have to deal with it. This time, there was no lettuce in his sandwich and just a drop of ranch! Hardly any meat in either sandwich and no mushrooms in the big kahuna. Just a lot of bread. I should have known it was going to be bad when the grill guy made a face when he heard our order- Not sure why? Definitely NOT worth $45 to get two giant pieces of bread as excuses...

I’m a frequent customer probably at least twice a week as I work in the same shopping center as this location. Placed an order online and asked for pepperoni to be added to a hot sub. I have done this before and never had an issue. Came into the store for pickup and I’m assuming a new manager who I’ve never seen before said to me that they put the pepperoni on but I’ll have to be charged extra for it. After I told him to just take them off he remade a new sandwich and was very light on the meat on a sandwich I paid $14 and tipped for.
