Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Vista

I’ve been going to this location off and on for 5-6 years (I work like 3 minutes away) and it sucks because they ALWAYS get my order wrong. They have gotten my order right 1 singular time in the 5-6 years I’ve been going here. I continue to go because it’s close and convenient. I always order 2 GRILLED classic Jack Wraps. No changes, no added things. Just 2 grilled classic Jack wraps with NO modifications. EVERY SINGLE TIME! I have to pull into their parking lot and make sure I got the right thing. EVERY time I don’t. They either have the fried chicken/chicken fingers and it’s a 50/50 shot if it’s classic or spicy. I finally had the courage to speak up since a manager was at the counter when I asked for a replacement and when I voiced what was going on (actually I asked if I could order it differently to assure I got what I was wanting) she said “well I offered to have them remade that’s all I can do” so I let it be. Went back today (that was two months ago) and unfortunately did not have the time to check my food and I should have known better but they messed up my order again. Talk about redemption!!! I went here last week, ordered from their app, and apparently there was a glitch. They got my payment, but not my order. It took 30 minutes to get my food and it was wrong. I emailed their customer support and I got a response from the STORE MANAGER AND DM!! That same night too!! Obviously they apologized, but they also comped my next meal... I went back today and just within a week there was a noticeable improvement in the overall operations and attitudes of everyone working!! Absolutely one of the best Jack in the Box's around. It's a great spot to stop for lunch. They have a variety of classic foods for everyone to choose from. This location has a long drive through. It seems big enough for all the Amazon vans, so it's unlikely you will have any issues. Parking lot is small ish, but not tiny. If it's full, there is plenty of parking near by. There are lots of other places around if you have friends who are looking for something different.
