I've been ordering pizza at this Pizza Hut chain forever calling the same number for 25 years. Today when I went to get my pizza the woman at the front at approximately 9:00 p.m. told me they did not have a pizza under my name or phone number. I asked her if she could check again she said they didn't have one. I asked her if she could ask one of the gentleman in back if they remembered taking my order she said that no man had taken in order tonight only her was answering the phone. She refused to ask them. She suggested my pizza was routed to a different location and that I should check the other locations which I then walked outside and did, but none of them other locations had my pizza. I tried to call back but it just rang and rang and rang so then I called back but blocked my number they immediately answered it was the same gentleman I had spoken with earlier in the evening when I placed my order he was extremely polite he remembered me my order he didn't know what had happened to my pizza but he was happy to make it right by getting me another Pizza which I was now waiting over an hour and 10 minutes for from my original time that I called he had it ready in 10 minutes what a great kid. The girl on the other hand, refuse to come to the front when I came in to pay for the pizza. I'm sure she was embarrassed that she had completely lied to me when I was at the front about my order and she probably doesn't have the ability to apologize for her bad attitude and poor customer service skills. It's a real shame because she makes the whole place look bad when she does things like that rather than just owning up to it & saying I don't know what happened to your pizza ma'am. I will be rethinking which location I get my pizza from in the future thanks to her. I live in Oceanside however I always get my pizza at 1289...
Read moreOrdered food for contactless curbside on Monday night on the app and it said the food would be ready at 6pm. I got there exactly on time and then clicked to let them know I’m here which prompted me to call the store to let them know. I called and was put on hold for 6 1/2min before being hung up on, I was really frustrated but called back again and was put on hold for another 5 min before the same thing happened again. At this point I was tired of waiting and went inside the store which cancelled the whole point of ordering contactless curbside pickup. A delivery driver entered just before me and helped me once I was inside. I told them I was there for the curbside pickup and asked if there phones were working to which he said yes. I told him that I was put on hold for over 10min and hung up on twice and he just said “oh maybe they’re just busy”. There was no one even on the phone which is why I thought I was put on hold in the first place so clearly they just don’t feel like answering their phones. The worker didn’t even properly apologize or anything and just gave me my order which at this point was 15min late. The food tasted good but I’m never going back there again, they clearly don’t care about...

I injured my knee recently and I was in extreme pain and I couldn't even walk to the door. And then next thing I know here comes beautiful Joanna to take my order in person which I thought was very sweet and kind. It really made me so happy that a young girl in her early twenties (if that) would know how impactful her kind gesture was appreciated so much. I was having a pretty hard day up until that point..
