Starbucks — Restaurant in Vista

This place needs to trained the employees with customer service specially this white young guy long hair has a bad attitude horrible customer service I had several complaints always kept them to myself I believed in bad days I believe in exhausted days of work and never complain about it but today I was not going to tolerate it I pay for what I want not what they want to give me I don’t ask for nothing free and I pay for extras when I don’t even get it! Today I got a TRENTS pink drink and got a venti instead got off and told them and the girl I’ll replace the guy end up doing it and add ice when I requested no ice and we told him it was no ice he got mad red dump it in the sink got another cup through it with horrible attitude that he got red and doing the drink all mad! It was extremely loud in here. You would have thought you were at a concert or a rave. I practically had to yell my order so the barista could hear me. This is an internet cafe where people come to Starbucks to talk amongst themselves, study, or get some work done. The staff was aloof, blatantly ignoring me and avoiding eye contact as if they were all secretly praying me away, dreading the idea that someone might ask them for something, which I was going to ask them for a straw, but after standing there for a few minutes being ignored, I guess the turtle gods were turtling, and I left without the straw. This is the second time in a row I have been disappointed with my trip to Starbucks. The last time my coffee was nowhere near full, even though I paid full price. This time, it is so weak and tasteless, I can hardly drink it. I ordered a Venti white chocolate mocha, and it literally tastes like warm watery milk.

Now I know I don’t need all of the extra calories and sugar, but when I spend $6.45 for a cup of coffee, I expect it to be a culinary delight. This cup of coffee was garbage.
