I had a terrible experience at a Wendy's recently where the service was anything but welcoming to me and my friend as soon as I walked in, at the restaurant, we were immediately struck by how empty and desolate the place felt it was eerily quiet, almost like a ghost town. There was no energy, no atmosphere, that makes for a welcoming fast food experience. It genuinely surprised and unsettled my family, who were expecting a more lively and inviting environment. As we stepped inside, things only got worse. Not a single team member greeted us not even a simple âWelcome to Wendyâsâ , âhow may we help you â or even a friendly smile. The lack of basic customer service was astonishing. We stood at the counter for an uncomfortable amount of time before anyone acknowledged us, and even then, the interaction felt cold and dismissive. The manager on duty was particularly rude and unprofessional, speaking to us (and seemingly to the staff) with an impatient, irritated tone. There was no effort made to be courteous or helpful. As for the rest of the employees, they appeared disengaged and lethargic, almost like they were on autopilot, The whole visit made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, and I won't be going back to that location...

Tell the customer when they order it DON'T TELL THEM AT THE WINDOW AFTER THEY ALREADY PAID and then try to offer them something else that you say is "Almost the same price". I ordered a pretzel burger sandwich $10 dollars with a meal upgraded to a large fry so it was like $11 for a meal and I got.... A pretzel burger with white bread (no pretzel bun was told come back tomorrow đ¤) and the bread I did get was equalivant to Walmart stale bread aisle bread too at that. I received a half a box of fry's literally half of a large fry and they were freezing cold. Meanwhile we waited in the drive thru for 10 mins and I didn't even get HOT fries seriously y'all they take 4 mins. The manager didn't come to the window until after her employee was attempting to flirt with my boyfriend until she noticed I was in the passenger seat. How unprofessional is this place? Cause I've went here before and it was never like this. Now it's being run by some high school kids and a barely functioning manager. Will not go back !! Wendy's is hiring y'all đ cause this staff...
   Read moreWe went through the drive through and ordered six of the $5 bag gimmicks. Went to the first window where we clearly interrupted that worker watching TV on their phone. They didn't tell us what the total was, or give us a receipt, so no idea what we paid. Moved to the second window where they handed us a single $5 meal. We waited for the rest of our order for a few moments, and they reopened the window and asked "did you want a straw or something?". We told them we ordered 6 meals, and she said you have to go back through the drive through, there are people waiting behind you. So I said I would just go in. Went into the lobby, and everyone in there seemed so annoyed that people were in there ordering food. There was no smile, no thank you, nothing. The food was typical Wendy's, but not a single person in this establishment had any interest in the customer service portion of their job. Just doing the bare minimum of getting food on the counter and people out of their face. Really a disappointment. Likely will go anywhere for fast food BUT...
