"I had an awful experience at this store, and I want to share my feedback about the rude staffâŠâ An older Asian woman was very rude to my mom when she tried to return a pair of pants. The Asian woman had an attitude and told my mom not to remove the tag next time if she wanted to return the pants with a angry face and tone and said if you come back here with no tag i wont return it even though its our first time at this ross my mom didnât even wear the pants outside she wore it less than 10 mins it wasnât even dirty.
An African American woman packed all 14 items into a single bag, which promptly ripped, causing all our items to spill out. A fellow customer pointed out that we should have received more bags, especially since they were free. However, when my dad asked for another bag, the Asian woman gave him a smaller one. When he insisted that it wasn't enough for 14 items, she loudly yelled 'sir, sir' in front of everyone, trying to stop him from taking another bag.
Our bag ripped due to the weight, and it was clear that we needed at least two large bags. When my dad went back to ask for another bag politely, the Asian woman took all the bags and hid them behind the cashier register. I've never witnessed such rudeness before. Good customer service should be about providing a positive experience, not taking it away from customers.
It's surprising to see a store skimp on providing simple things like bags, especially when they are free. It wasnât even her familyâs or fathers business tor her to act like that and snatch all the bags and hide them behind the cashier register. This isn't even a family-owned business. We own a business ourselves, and we always provide as many bags as the customer needs. Another customer in line even commented that their customer service has always been trashy and rude."
and we waited over 10 mins for the 2 dressing stalls⊠all we hear is them sleeping and talking on the phone for long mins.. we knocked on them 3 times they wont leave and came outside the stall with a attitude but we were waiting for more than 10 mins and all i hear is laughing and talking in the stall.. a woman next to us said she has been waiting for them longer than we have so she prob waited more than 10-20 mins but yea she was waiting a long time before us .. the other dressing stalls have been closed for some reason but they finally opened them smh when we told the staff we been waiting a while I give this place 0 stars and no i am not a karen iâm only 18 i normally dont write bad reviews but this one caught my eye this place is...
   Read moreRoss is a good place to shop but the ladies working there are the meanest cashiers I have ever seen.I was there tonight to buy a couple of things.The lady at register was looking like she hated her job and had a sulky face and she was staring at us weirdly when she asked if we were Tuesday club member.I didnt know anything about Tuesday club at Ross and I said âNo I am notâ .I paid for the items but got curious about what it was and asked her.She said you pay 50 % off if you are Tuesday club member and I was like what do I do to join this.She said that I had to say Yes in the first place and I couldnt go back and take the benefit of this club any more and added ânext timeâ .Her attidute was so weird.She should have said that There is something like Tuesday club and there is no fee for this .just say âI want to join Tuesday clubâ and you will get 50 % discount.That is it.I dınt understand the people who makes the life harder.dont know what their problem is.If she had been good at her job and helpful and kind , we would have had a nice experience tonight but unfortunately this was not the case. Additionally, this is not the first bad thing I run into this store.Comparing to other people I encounter in other stores, Ross employes are falling behind when it comes to be helpful and kind.Especially at this store.The manager or whoever in charge there should do something to fix this. When I got home the diffuser worked for one hour and kept shutting off I threw the box away but I have the receipt and they will not take it back at the Voorhees store. I sent an email two days I havenât heard anything and their customer service is not good at all. I lost $16.99 they should guarantee their products especially because I had the receipt they needed a box code the box code was on the receipt. I have made up my mind that I will never ever shop in any Ross anywhere in the USA. They have the worst return policy I have ever heard of.
