On May 8 I placed an online order that was $78. I went to pick up my order and was told that the payment did not go through. I told them that it was taken out of my bank account already and they insisted that they needed to rerun my card for the order. I told them no because I am not paying twice. They told me the charge online was just pending and would not post to my account. They said in order to get my food I needed to pay again. I told them I was not doing that and left without food. Low and beyond come Monday morning sure enough I was charged $78 for food I never got. I called and told them what happened and that I need a refund. Since May 8th I have called 15 times and left messages for the manager, Jess, and have been getting the run around about how she needs to contact corporate and she will be refunding me ASAP. It is now May 23 and I am still waiting for the $78 refund that Chick Fil A took from me. Worst manager ever! Read moreThis Chick-fil-A location is one of the worst locations I've been to. We ordered our food and it was made very poorly. The chicken nuggets weren't breaded very well or cooked crispy how we asked for them. The French fries were undercooked and soggy even though we asked for them to be crispy as well. My grilled chicken sandwich was cold as ice. While I waited for the new sandwich, some of the women employees were making comments about my description of the sandwich like the mask hid their voices. They only took my sandwich back and microwaved it instead of making me a new one. Also, the customer service after ordering the order was horrible. After I received my sandwich, I went and sat down to eat. The employees stood there, laughed, and talked about the whole situation while my family and I sat in the dining room and ate what was edible. Chick-fil-A needs better standards on food quality and employees. I didn't even try to return it because I was so disgusted after the way the employees conducted themselves when I came up about the cold sandwich. I was under the impression it was to start making the order when i place it in an attempt to avoid the horrendous lines that make this place unbearable. Apparently that’s not the case. I placed my order at 6:57am and granted it was a large one for the guys at work. I arrived at 7:20am to pick up the order. I was then made to wait for 40 minutes while they started the order. They told me at 7:23 to pull around that it would be 10 minutes. I didn’t get my order till almost 8:00 after my boss had to call the store and ask where the food was. Because of this colossal screw up I had 17 implores sitting on the clock for 30 minutes waiting for me to get back with food. So not only did the food cost the company $100 but it cost us close to $450 in lost labor too. I already refuse to go here because of the ridiculously long lines and thought the mobile ordering would be better but I guess I should just stop even trying with this company. Good luck...
