We had been browsing different mattresses at multiple stores for the past couple of days. We ended up at this Mattress Warehouse as we just happened to be in the area and wanted to see what their lineup was. We had a bed in mind that we loved in other locations, but they did not have it on display. Sue helped us while we were at the store. We weren't nagged or annoyed like at some other stores we had been to. She was super knowledgeable and nice to deal with. We ended up ordering a Tempurpedic they did not have on display but we kept going back to at all locations we browsed. She gave a great deal with delivery, freebies, and even a discounted mattress protector! MY DAUGHTER JAIME AND I WERE MET WITH A SMILE AND SUCH A WARM INVITING VOICE AS WE WALKED IN. THE STORE MANAGER SUE WAS SIMPLY DELIGHTFUL. ALTHOUGH BOTH MY DAUGHTER AND I NEEDED TO PURCHASE MATTRESSES WE WERE BASICALLY PRICE COMPARING, AND BROWSING. SUE, KINDLY ASKED IF WE WANTEDBTO TRY THE BED MATCH FEATURE. THIS REALLY HELPED NARROW DOWN OUR NEEDS.
