They have the best beer with the best flavor. This is one of the those places that is going to grow and improve with time because they offer the best beer selection and service. Everytime we visit, we receive best customer service and that is why we will continue to support them. I am glad that they are one of the few local small businesses that are still open during the Covid period. Brotherwell provides great services of Waco made craft beer to Central Texas. Right now, they are providing drive thru for to go beers. Love the fact that you can purchase glass growlers and drive thru to get them refilled with a beer of your choice. Not ready to be done for the day after exploring Waco, I crossed the bridge to Brotherwell. This is a brewery and they sometimes have a food truck. No food truck today, which was just as well, as I was well stuffed with tacos from earlier.

A bit industrial and bare but they have a few tables inside and a few tables outside. I was inside and chose one of their beers, sitting at a table near a power outlet. No air conditioning other than a few high speed fans so a hot/humid day might be a challenge. Another beer and two hours later, I was ready to call it a day.

Tripel, Radler, Wheat, Hazy IPA, American IPA, Porter, Irish Red and a Hazy Pale. The "Wacotown" was my choice and it was pretty tasty. Prices are reasonable at between $5.50 and $7.00 for a pint. They'll pull a pitcher if you prefer. I believe you can bring your own food...

I made a special stop at Brotherwell on me way from Ft Worth to Houston (I know this is not the shortest route). My heart sank when I found out the tap room was open Saturdays and today was Friday. I parked and went to the door anyway where I met Jason hard at work. Jason invited me in for a tasting and conversation. I have tasted over 3600 beers. Brotherwell brews some of the best.
