This place is about 15 minutes away from the place I was originally going to ,and I felt that this review needed to happen! I am so ELATED. I felt lighthearted, happier, peaceful, and genuinely cared for. I felt the eperience of EXTRAORDINARY customer service at THIS location. The team present right now is one that you cannot miss, They are a dream team If I had my own establishment. I had the absolute pleasure to experience customer service, I mean good customer service is not very common anymore. All of them greeted me Coming into the entrance I felt like a celebrity, They were very attentive and prompt. I almost gave up on the idea Of the experience existing anymore. But today I'm grateful for this experience of customer service. They didn't know that just the one week ago the location on New Road Loath their job! The assistant manager Was careless rude outwardly in front of customers and to this customer. And she robbed me Because she didn't know how to do the math on her head that if someone gives you a $20 bill and you're giving them a refund give them back that $20 bill. Whoever hired her as an assistant manager took the big "L" Often when you lead by example and you don't want to be there the entire store wears that energy. She refused to give me the rest of my money back So I called corporate and reported her After I called the police because she literally robbed me. I lost a lot of confidence in Burger King after that because I feel like customer service in general is going down the potty. But, When I entered this new location at 1601 I came guarded and unsure but I left full of zest! kudos kudos kudos somebody please. Give these men some praises if you go to this location. They absolutely deserve it. I feel like these same group of people should go to different restaurants in general and train Staff on how to bring that energy back. I understand that people Are just rude sometimes. Customers can be Careless selfish , when someone is trying to provide a service Beneficial to them. for example when someone is mopping the floor, some customers just walk all over the floor as they're mopping. We gotta do better! I went with my daughter and we ordered food to eat inside, and I asked for a tray and cup since we needed one as weâre obviously dining in, and she ignores me. I try to get her attention and they are not doing anything. When I start getting irritated, Rachel (the manager) was acting very rude towards me despite my daughter being there. She said to get it from the trash can, and this was very distressful for us since we were just trying to eat. We walk out asking for a refund and leave a review, then the next two times are fine, but today they said I was banned. I asked why and they didnât give me no proper answer until I started asking in a more irritated manner. I explained that it felt like a racial issue since they were not treating me and my daughter well mostly cause of our skin color, and she just acted like we didnât even exist as if we were just complaining about nothing. I had gotten mad, and she acted even worse toward us, saying âItâs not a racial issue, you were banned for being disrespectful.â Which was not true, I was trying to have a tray and a cup, and I get banned just for wanting to stand up for myself. She was already looking us up and down. She then said âWeâve had issues with you in the past, we told you that you were banned the last two times you came to visit. Weâll still take your order but youâre not allowed in here.â Its BEEN a racial issue all because we are South Asian and have brown skin.    Read moreDO NOT SUPPORT THIS CHAIN! I used the app to order food and placed a delivery order for a delivery exclusive deal. Waited OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF for food after being told it would arrive in 30 minutes. When I finally got tired of waiting and âtrackingâ my order on the app (which was constantly fluctuating in time and delivery drivers) I contacted the store and was told that âthey closed at 8 and therefore they cancelled my order.â There was absolutely NO ATTEMPT made to contact me by staff to let me know of this and to top it all off my ORDER WAS PLACED before 8:00pm, 7:30 PM to be exact so there was NO REASON for my order to be cancelled. I contacted âcustomer supportâ to request a full refund, which was granted but none of my above listed concerns were addressed. If you value your time and money donât waste your time with this chain. Go a little further down the road to McDonaldâs or Wendyâs, at least both of their apps fully function and customer service is just that CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would leave a negative rating if I could.
