I tried to order... really I did. I mean, I know I don’t have bat ears that can hear a gnat fart 100 miles away, but she sounded like she had pebbles in her mouth or the mic was under chin.
Then when I ordered, I kept saying that I wanted chicken tenders and I pull up to an order that’s $15 more that what I saw and was the regular chicken. I asked for the chicken tender meal over and over. She kept wanting to buy chicken. I’m wondering if something is wrong with tenders when you ask for them and you still don’t get your order.
Then the guy tried to fix it and there up charge after up charge for side dishes that were listed as side dishes. I crunch numbers, data, and applications, yet I could not figure the math of this menu out. I felt like I was in a shady car dealership get ripped off for extras like tires on the car, windows in the doors, carpet on the floor, knobs on the radio, cloth on the seats, Freon for the AC, etc.
It was not pleasant for my first visit and chicken tenders for 2 adults and 2 kids should not be a $40+...

Your website and door say open until 1030pm, but right after I ordered your employee locked the doors and said the lobby closes at 9pm. Need to publish that if that's your policy. I was very disappointed that they didnt have enough roasted chicken to make a three piece meal an hour and a half before close. When I got my food the my sides were cold and the chicken was barely warm. I went to get a raspberry lemonade and it was water, already cleaned up for closing. There was no ice in the.machine and when your employee took our cups from us to get ice he grabbed the cup with his fingers inside the rim of the glass. Needless to say I'll be hard pressed to return. Also, you're leaving yourself open for a lawsuit when they're so ready to close that all your mats were rolled up and sitting on top of the trash cans. By the time she came back I forgot what my order was... I thought they closed the restaurant, or something. ( at 430p too. ? :( ) I waited a total of 31 minutes at the drive thru... first one in the line! ( 4 cars behind me. Everyone getting madder by the minute. ) No apology... no explanation - Nothing !!!!!! That is Horrible! Inexcusable ! If you are short staffed or busy or struggling i get it , lots of places are ...sadly...
