Tried their bbq sandwich with brisket in it... and oh my... now I know why another reviewer here called JR the "OG PITBOSS." That sandwich was incredibly amazing. It had the right flavor and ratio of sauce to meat and extras in the sandwich. They were very generous with the amount of meat in the sandwich -- that always wins extra points with me. Plus, JR is also fun and interesting to talk to and be around in general. As I told him when I was done, "come for the BBQ; stay for the jokes, entertainment, and more bbq." Lol. Read moreI was driving by on my way back to Houston from a business meeting and had to stop. Boy am I glad I did. Everything was great! The food was fantastic and the service was great. The owner was great to talk to and the place reminded me of a time far gone. Really authentic brisket. It was so good I bought one of their t shirts they sell.it has their logo and cattle brand. Actually owns a major portion of the driveway part) he is upset at the influx of business that chute 4 is getting. This is the BEST BBQ in Texas, hands down!! And I’m a bbq lover.
