Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Waco

They had the best customer service and we're so very kind. There was only two girls working and they seemed to get it all done with no exceptions or slowness or even irritability. I was super impressed and found my new breakfast place that's fast easy and close to work that isn't going to put me in a horrible.mood right off the bat. There is nothing worse than waking up cold and hungry and then being put in an even more bad mood because you chose the wrong place to stop and put something on your belly before you walk into work and make everyone's day bad and you are late because some food place didn't care or was working extra slow. I get it. Noone likes to cook breakfast when they have a million places to be and a bunch of kids to drop off and every breakfast place is gonna be packed and not to mention, those workers are real people too and get deserve a break or the entitlement of a bad day or morning. I'm talking about the continuous and outright blatant disrespectful people and places where this people work. Y'all know the kind of place I'm talking about..... anyway, all um trying to say is these ladies deserve a hand and a raise. They made my day great and are sure ti make yours...

I don't know where to start, this is by far the worst Jack in the box location I have ever witnessed. The entire place was just unsanitary, there are bugs and roaches crawling on the floor. The floor is constantly sticky or slippery. The employees are so ghetto and so disrespectful really rude and there is always something missing in my order. They are so unprofessional. I have never been to a worse Jack in the box location in my entire life. The outside is unkept, there's trash just all over the area.

I understand there is standards and regulation that you guys have to upkeep, well that doesn't exist in this location.

If anybody here wants to be extremely disappointed by the way they present themselves, by the way the employees work and the professional manners they do not have, this is the place for you to go to be disgusted of how nasty and dirty it is in there.

This location is the reason why I lost faith and will never come back to jack in the box.

Either you fix this location, or just shut this down. I rather go to McDonald's, at least the McDonald's in the area...

*Updated below This Jack In The Box location is the BEST in Waco, Texas... always fresh hot food made perfectly!!!! What's really strange, we have a Jack In The Box here in Woodway that is absolutely horrible... driving clear across town to S. Valley Mills Drive is definitely worth it for sure!!

*Update: A few days ago we recently visited this location again, I'm not sure what changes were made since my previous review.. However, we were not pleased this visit. :-( The lady at the front counter was extremely rude, she definitely needs to be trained on how to represent herself in a professional manner. Although, she wasn't the only one.. it appeared the entire crew in the back were just standing around talking and laughing. The icemaker was very low on ice, numerous tables were dirty, mop was leaning on a window next to a trash can in the dining area, trash can door was left open in the dining area. Overall, we were not happy with the service, food, nor the atmosphere. No stars for this...
