This store is of no help. Tried to get an issue resolved which the manager Victoria Hernandez told me she couldn't help at all in any way. She actually called the cops and they said that store is trash! THE NEXT DAY I TOOK IT TO THE CRICKET OVER BY LAKEAIR AND THE MANAGER AND CARLA FIXED THE PROBLEM QUICK AND WITH CUSTOMER CARE. The customer service at this location is the worst I've ever experienced. First of all, they gave me misinformation that caused me to not be able to get the referral discount. When I tried to call and resolve it half the time no one answered the phone. At the 611 number they said the manager is the only one that can resolve it. When the manager did answer, she put me on hold for 30 minutes and I had to go. When I called back, they said she was in a manager meeting and she'd call me back. She didn't call me back. I called back again and they said the manager was gone for the day and wouldn't be back until 3 days later. When I called back 4 days later they again said she was in a manager meeting and could not step out of the meeting to help. They said she would call me back. She never called me back.
