Horrible experience! I went here before and got my nails done liked it enough to come back with my mom and get our nails and pedicures done. Now I wish I hadn’t. First the man who did her pedicure did not do the level 2 pedicure she wanted but instead a level 1 where they do not use the callous remover. She was confused as to why he completely missed this step until later when the manager explained that it was a “miscommunication” but I really think he thought my mom was in the wrong. He didn’t use the cuticle nippers which is included and she was left with noticeably dry feet. The man said he did but I know nobody would miss somebody going around your 10 toes with the nippers. He left nail polish all around on her skin. When my mom talked to the manager he was happy with what his employee but said he would have her callous removed for their error and she would get the removal free. So she got the callous removed but was left with her nails being messy and dry. But while he was doing it they were laughing at her and saying stuff in their language that I’m sure weren’t very nice. Well we ended up paying $200+ because we were charged for the pedicure. When I went back in with close up pictures to show the manager. I asked the girl on the left when you walked in if she could get the manager she asked why I preceded to show her the pictures and she said there’s nothing wrong and she should have gotten a level 3 for callous removal when her manager said the level 2 came with the remover. So which one is it?? She then went to the middle of the salon screamed for the manager and very immaturely stomped her foot. She then stood right there in the middle of the conversation I was having and just huffed. If you want to be disrespected and walk out with a pedicure a 10 year old could...
Read moreHighly disappointed, I’m new to town and was looking for recommendations when a friend mentioned Nina was good. I went to her and my nails had bubbles in them so I went back to get them fixed and she had an attitude and only wanted to fix 2 fingers when I told her I wanted them all redone because they all looked bad she told me not to ever come back and I needed to go somewhere else. If I hadn’t had paid $70 I would’ve gotten up and walked out right then and there. That’s very disrespectful and unprofessional. You don’t say that to customers that are bringing you business. it’s not my fault she messed up and didn’t want to make it right. What makes the situation worse is there was nobody in there at all when I left she had plenty of time to do them she just didn’t want to. In the end they still looked rush and sloppy. Her online work looks good maybe she just don’t know how to do chrome nails. I was willing to go back if she hadn’t told me not to ever come back, therefore I won’t be going back. When I was leaving nobody said a word to me I never once got an apology from anybody. I still thanked Nina for fixing her mistakes and she ignored me when...
Read moregiving the place a one star. I recently visited this nail salon based on the great prices and nice nail pictures I saw in reviews. However, my experience was not what I expected. While the service was great and my nail technician was nice, I had several issues with my visit. Firstly, I asked three times about the price of my nails and never received an answer or any information about how they manage their prices. Additionally, the nails I got did not include the ombré effect I paid for, and only one nail had a slight gradient. Furthermore, the technician did not properly prep my nails, cutting neither my cuticles nor doing any other usual nail care tasks. When it came time to pay, I was charged a price that was not what I expected for the simple, short nails I received. After witnessing another customer having issues with being charged for services she didn't ask for, I am left feeling ripped off and wondering about the salon's pricing practices. Overall, I would not recommend this salon based on my...
