Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent here to get my car washed and had a trim piece broken off my car. I got all the way home before I realized so I tried to call them. I called multiple times and could not get any response. Once I was almost back I finally got an employee on the phone. I explained to her the color and the piece that had flown off. She put me on hold while going to check. She came back to the phone and stated that she had not found anything inside. I explained to her that I was almost there and that I was coming to file a report. I arrived 2-3 minutes later and went inside. Upon going inside I saw the trim piece sitting inside, and was told that she just didn't know what I was talking about even though she claimed to have found nothing. So already from the beginning they were trying to hide it. Then after filing a report and being told I would be contacted within 48-72 hours it took 11 days to finally have somebody reach back out to me. They informed me that they would not be paying for the piece and that there was a sign at the tunnel entrance stating they don't cover vehicles with 100,000 miles, older than a certain age, or if the blowers caused the damage. I explained to them that during the payment "the legally binding exchange" there were no disclaimers or agreements stating that they would not be responsible. You can't accept payment for a service and then after that legal exchange has happened put disclaimers stating you are not responsible. I paid for a service not to have my vehicle broken. With all that being said I would advise everyone DO NOT GO HERE, the customer service is terrible and rude and they do not accept responsibility for their business malpractice. Not to mention they claimed the blowers did it but never showed the evidence....
My husband and I decided to try the Express Pass. We received no paper work on when they would be deducting our account. I went to cancel and the company still pulled out of my bank account.
I called about this problem and the employee I spoke with this morning was very unprofessional. He also proceeded to tell me that their system often messes up and mixes up accounts. Which really upset me, because I donāt know if they were using my information for other purposes. I gave him the number on the card that was provided to us twice but he could not find my account. The fact that this young man shared other peopleās information really worries me. After going round and round with him he finally found my account.
My husband went up to the Watershed Car wash. He was greeted by an employee that already had an attitude when my husband walked through the door. He said āWhat up homieā!!! Sorry but that is not how you should great a client.
The manager was rude he told my husband that we could not get a refund even though we canceled. He said we needed to get a hold of Justin but provided no way to get hold of this Justin.
I called and spoke to the manger about an hour after he was spoke with the manger told me the same thing talk with Justin or make a complaint online. He also told me that we could use the 30 day wash pass because they donāt give refunds. He was rude and very unprofessional. To the point to where I was really upset.
If this is how this car wash is going to be I will never was my car with this Comp again. I will make sure that I tell everyone I know how bad the customer service is and how they do not care about...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe first time I went through the car wash my Tahoe was never even touched. We watched the truck in front of me and the car behind me get washed but not my Black Betty. Went through again because I had soap or something on my ol' girl because of the drip from the wash. So there went my two washes for the day... (Even though the guy that signed me up said if I wanted to go through 10 times in a day I could, according to welcome email it's a limit of two per day). My Tahoe still wasn't cleaned all the way. there was some sort of green colored liquid all over the back of my Tahoe and you could see where the spin brushes barely touched the back (looked like someone tried to sweep dirt off the back end). Thankfully that day I had to go to Temple where it was raining (just my luck) and the rain washed off the spots that the car wash missed. THEN (This is minor complaint but major compliment and the only reason I am leaving two stars even though it should be no stars) we get to the vacuums. Neither one for my lane worked. The guy that was in that section got them working quickly (it was a clog from the previous user). He was knowledgeable about the wash, policies, efficient about fixing the clogged line on the vacuum and friendly. I wish I could have remembered his name. He is going to be a great asset to the team if they...
