I tried giving Jimmy John's a chance to correct the mistake that took place during a purchase I made a in May and nothing has been corrected. I ordered 6 subs and once I got home noticed there were only 5 and the sandwiches were not made correctly as requested and what the menu notes was how the sandwiches would be made. The two young ladies working were very nice and looked to have a lot of orders to process. I contacted the store, they apologized and said they would refund me for the missing sandwich. I gave them a couple of days to follow through and heard nothing. I proceeded to address my concerns through the survey site that was given on the receipt. I received email from Henry Cowsert, the Operations Support Specialist who also apologized and said they'd send me a gift card to make up for the issue. I provided them my mailing address and received nothing. I reached out to Henry and a higher level person at the company letting them know I was giving them time to follow through with what he said he would do and verified my mailing address. He responded saying he sent one out and he would resend another gift card. As of today August 7, 2025 we have received nothing. I am very disappointed as we would often buy sandwiches from Jimmy John's. It's the principal of following through and also not providing a customer what they paid for. Do better. At that time three employees were in the store, one white gentleman, one white girl, and one black girl. The white girl seemed to be the person who processed my order. I asked her if my order was correct. She said YES firmly. Before I walked out the store, I checked the receipt and realized that I just got half of my order. I went back to the counter and explained my question to the employee who is close to me, the black girl. She complained that I stood too close to her. She also complained I pushed her too much. When the white girl came close to me and read my receipt, she realized she made a mistake. Nobody said sorry to me. They made the other 2 giant subs and gave me my full order. When I was in the store, it was almost empty. There was no waiting line. I do not understand why this type of mistake could happen. It is true that everybody makes mistakes. But when the employees made mistakes, they ignored them. The girls are rude. I felt very uncomfortable and annoyed with their services. This store is worth of one star. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came in today with my husband and I noticed there was only two people on staff the manager Destiny was extremely polite and helpful with our order and she did a great job but I told her I was concerned about her and her staffs safety being that they are the only women on shift in a shady area located near Baylor university. These two ladies deserve a promotion and the company needs to ensure their staff is fully covered there should never be a young lady working by herself more than 2 hrs. Although the sandwiches were delicious and the customer service was great I'm concerned about the safety of these young women. The young ladies had more than 6 orders when I showed up and although it was busy Destiny handled our order with care and she was extremely apologetic to the other waiting customers.
