Wow whoever that lady was named Meagan working the front order counter on 05/17/2025 9:30 pm has horrible customer service and does not need to be working to assist customers. If you ask to make a order and she doesn’t acknowledge you, but makes it known with her deep heavily sigh and then taking her time to sign into the register to take your order? Who wants to order pizza from anywhere if you feel like it’s a inconvenience or your making that person put out! I told her “Never mind just cancel” which got a loud response as I walked out “WHATEVER!” Well done Meagan, you have made Papa John’s Proud! perfect example of NOT customer service. We ended up ordering from the Papa Johns on 7th st and they were polite, well mannered and showed great customer service with out even knowing what just happened to us at the other location.-

My Review - Avoid 408 Valley Mills and go to 7th st. location. In contrast, the Papa John's on 7th St provided excellent customer service. I ordered a week and a half ago and they gave me the wrong crust on one of the pizzas. Also, their jalapeno bites are no longer bites like in the photos but made in a long single piece of dough that they cut like in the attached photo. I filled out a survey and explained my issues. Customer service was really good at contacting me and stating they wanted to remake the order for me when I was ready. Today I was ready and they put in the remake. I knew I should have checked the order before I left but I figured since this was a remake the manager would make sure it was done correctly. I was wrong! 🤦🏻‍♂️ What I originally ordered was Philly cheese steak, which came out good both times. What they seem to have problems with is a BBQ chicken pizza with 🍍 (I know the controversy). The first time it was on the wrong crust and tough. The remake was on the right crust (original) no they forgot the 🍍 and added onions and globs of bacon and bacon powder. Both times the jalapeno bites were not like I ordered before and not like displayed on their website (see photos for comparison). I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND...

I frequent this store often and have never seen ONLY ONE employee running the whole place from register to making pizzas to packaging and helping customers pick up! Completely ridiculous how hard this poor lady was working. I felt bad for her watching the whole thing while waiting for my pizza. Due to her trying her best to keep up; my pizzas were awful! Toppings just thrown on in chunks and she fast cooked my pizzas so they turned out tough and undercooked at the same time! Not blaming her for attempting to get food out fast Just pissed that The GM didn't have some back up there to ensure business was running smooth and food was quality, especially for $40.00 bucks! Papa Johns makes more than enough money to pay another employee to be there. Get it...
