Drove 9 miles to go to Popeyes for my 11 yr. old grandson. It was 8:45 and already hard to drive in the dark, plus Friday night. Pulled in to order and all they had was spicy chicken for thier 10.00 box. He didnโt want spicy and I said well we drove so far and the classic chicken sandwich says coming back soon. Then the lady interrupted me saying they have the sandwich so I ordered that . There was so much noise in her background that I had to repeat my order 4 times then she said she was trying to hear me, when I pulled up after sitting in line 15 mins I was finally to the window. I had ordered the classic sandwich with fries and a coke. There was 8 or ten workers behind the counter just being loud and making it hard to hear. But what I paid for was classic sandwich red beans rice and a Fanta is what my ticket said. My grandson took a drink and it was Fanta not coke. I ask the cashier why I got a Fanta and why my ticket says red beans rice and not sandwich,fries coke? She got that straight and gave me the coke , told me it would be awhile to pull around front and wait that she would bring it out. I sit in front another 7 mins when she came out and asked me again what my sides were.i told her again itโs just the sandwich,fries and coke. So I waited some more . Finally I got my meal correctly, but they had smashed the sandwich flat and gave me an order of fries that had 10 fries in it. I paid 8.11 for the mess and wait I got. I was afraid to let my grandson eat it because it was damaged like they were upset and sabotaged it. They had no reason to be mad at me because they kept getting a simple order wrong. I was polite but getting frustrated.why are they playing and not caring about customers. One lady laying on the counter beside the other drive through lady trying to work. She was really trying to get the order straight it was just hard for her under her circumstances. Valley mills in Waco location, would not advise anyone...

I got back to work and my sandwich had SPICY SAUCE on it AGAIN! ๐๐ I told lady in drive thru window about my last order received wrong with SPICY SAUCE on the Flounder sandwich that made me sick on previous visit. She took my business card for a future sandwich/credit. ๐ I AGAIN called store & the phone is never answered! ๐ก THIS store is terrible now CONSTANTLY BAD/WRONG orders. STAY AWAY! Don't waste your time or $ to end up sick every time!!๐ My only receipts received are shown in picture proof! !
Update 2-22-23: I ordered 1 New Flounder Classic sandwich NON-SPICY with tartar sauce (as pictured in media & their menu sign) in drive thru and received it with SPICY ORANGE SAUCE that made me sick on 1 bite. I tried calling the restaurant but had no answer!
I ordered the shrimp tackle box w beans & rice side. The shrimp were ok size but the breading was a little too heavy for my taste & they were a little over cooked but edible to eat on the go. The lady at the window responded with, "she already put everything away". She said that they were getting ready for closing. So I then asked, "what time do y'all close??" She then stated that they close at 10pm. If I remember correctly she also informed us they were out of several sides like mac and cheese is one that I remember specifically. I'm somebody who's worked in the restaurant industry since I was 15 years old all the way up until you my mid thirties, and that service that we got was absolutely terrible. And kind of appalling.... like if I was the owner of that restaurant, I would be upset that they were not selling my food, my product! That is money that the business or establishment is ultimately losing out on. Not to mention the fact that, well if you're like me I'm not going to go back there especially not to that location.
