Great big floor with lots seats connected to a library. Few weeks ago my 1st visit: Staffs are very enjoy chatting to each other and not noticing that I, as the only customer at that time standing in front of the counter for a long time. I paid extra shot of espresso for the frappe, but it tasted very light coffee and it's super sweet. I always ordered same drink from different Starbucks and none of them tasted like this bad. This is the only starbucks other than those at airports that does not follow recipes. I worked at starbucks recently so I remember most drink recipes, and when I ordered Vanilla sweet cream coldbrew, they literally put vanilla syrup and whole milk straight into the coldbrew, which is not even close to the correct recipe. It's crazy to me that Starbucks, as a company, is fine with giving someone this breakfast sandwich AND TAKING MONEY FOR IT. Worst $6 breakfast sandwich I've ever experienced.
