Walmart Bakery — Restaurant in Waco

I called the day before my party for 2 dozen cupcakes, 1/2 chocolate & 1/2 vanilla. On the phone I asked for an army green colored cupcake and to make the cupcakes different shades of just green. I asked for a normal cupcake top (they asked if I wanted smooth and I said no) I was ready to add my decorations (crumbled brownies & my army men) I was very surprised that they did give me army men as well! It was wonderful, but the cupcakes were not what I asked for. I had someone else pick them up (closest walmart is 20-30 minutes away) and was offered for them to be remade, but the party was already going on 🤦🏼‍♀️
