Shipley Do-Nuts — Restaurant in Woodway

I have been a Shipley customer for 19 years and have always felt welcome, but these last 4 months it has gone from bad to worse. It is always bad customer service. They have no desire to help you and it seems like they do not care how they treat the customer. the person who helped me at the drivetru window had a very bad attitude and forgot to give me my twist donut and I got home and my son started crying because he couldn't find it in the bags, I went back to ask for it and she had the same horrible attitude as if she didn't like her job and I told her and she didn't care that she forgot it, I told her about the inconvenience it caused me and it's not the first time they forget to give me something and she had an attitude that she didn't care, then I asked to speak to someone else thinking that she might want to solve the situation and let me go feeling happy and wanting to return but it wasn't like that, he told me that we all make mistakes and that next time I have to check my bag and make sure everything is there before I leave, I was surprised but I didn't want to continue arguing with a young boy and friend of the girl , so I ask the owner PLEASE pay attention that there are already many people complaining about the service and he should pay attention check your cameras today 08/01/2024 of the 10 till 11 and look what...

Had a DoorDash pick up today - and made the mistake of making sure the entire order was in the bag - two half dozen donut orders and 5 other pastries - in two boxes. Yes, I’m going to verify it’s all there. We have a job to ensure the order is completed to the best of our ability without tampering with boxes. Do you know how frequently we deliver orders not 100%!?

I asked apparently the sensitive jerk bagging the order if the cinnamon rolls and twists were in the big box - “believe it or not, we can read a ticket.” Is that how you treat customers!? I eat here about 4 days a week as it is conveniently close to my work and most of the time I'm satisfied but they do get my order incorrect pretty regularly. I never know which kolache variety I'm getting. The coffee is hit or miss. Sometimes it tastes like they're a few days too late cleaning their machines. Today (06/07)I couldn't even finish my coffee because it tasted terrible. When you get coffee from the facility several times a week there's a very noticeable difference between a "fresh" coffee and when the quality starts to deteriorate a bit. It's mostly tolerable before their maintenance day but today was pretty gross.
