I have been a Shipley customer for 19 years and have always felt welcome, but these last 4 months it has gone from bad to worse. It is always bad customer service. I asked apparently the sensitive jerk bagging the order if the cinnamon rolls and twists were in the big box - “believe it or not, we can read a ticket.” Is that how you treat customers!? Read moreI eat here about 4 days a week as it is conveniently close to my work and most of the time I'm satisfied but they do get my order incorrect pretty regularly. I never know which kolache variety I'm getting. The coffee is hit or miss. Sometimes it tastes like they're a few days too late cleaning their machines. Today (06/07)I couldn't even finish my coffee because it tasted terrible. When you get coffee from the facility several times a week there's a very noticeable difference between a "fresh" coffee and when the quality starts to deteriorate a bit. It's mostly tolerable before their maintenance day but today was pretty gross.
