Subway — Restaurant in Waco

Ordered two sandwiches online for pick up, have always had great experiences with this store. Once we got home I pulled the sandwiches out to figure out which one was mine and was shocked to see that both were completely wrong. Not to mention they were both supposed to be double meat and as shown in the picture below there was not a whole lot of meat on the one sandwich. The other one had a little bit more than this one. Tried to call the store and talk to the manager but was told they aren't there until the morning. Worst experience ever...

Great just great. I have become a regular there and always get the same thing a veggie on wheat. The employee in question has made my sandwich before and knew what I wanted and how to make it. She was very kind and polite. I have never had a problem before with Subway. I recently posted a review about McDonalds under this same name. Wow, I feel like this location really does not know how to treat their customers. Been using a coupon out of my coupon book at this location for the last few week. But today they tell me that coupon is no good unless you buy two 6” subs. Let see would you you rather me spend 7 dollars at your location or 10 dollars...simple math!
