Sip City — Local services in Woodway

We were super excited to try the drinks here. We waited a few weeks after opening to let the crowds die down and went on a Wednesday afternoon. It wasn’t busy when I went in. Was incredibly surprised at the lack of music, staff interaction and the effort for customer experience. Ordering was easy since I did it all myself on a screen but getting help from the staff on questions was hard. I waited over 30 min for 5 drinks. There were several people who came in 10 min after me who got their order and left before I got mine. I was able to as a staff member about them and he was kind and said they were still being made. Unfortunately I am sad to say I won’t be spending any more money on Sip City. Went on a Saturday night around 8pm, it wasn’t too crowded. There were a few cars in the drive thru, but we ended up going inside to order. There were a couple people in front of us ordering, and because there is only one device to order from, it was kind of slow. Our drinks came out about 10-15 mins after ordering. There’s very little interaction with the employees since you order off of a screen. When your name is called to pick up your drink, you can barely hear the employee since they don’t speak up loud enough for anyone to hear. There are only 3 tables with some flimsy chairs around each inside, and they wobble when you lean forward in your seat. The drinks were okay, the Dallas was tasty (modified with lime + coconut cream instead of peach); however, the Nashville (without any modifications)...

Came here for the first time, twice in one weekend during a long road trip!! The first time I got to Vegas just as it comes. (7/10) The second time I got the Vegas, no coconut Cream, and piña colada purée. All I can say is OH WOW… it was a 10 out of 10. My two friends with me also tried the Austin, the Miami, and the Seattle during our visits. Not a single bad drink in the mix, they were all really good! Sip city prices compared to other competitive soda shops is unmatched. Sip city is the cheapest by far. On top of that, the staff was so accommodating, kind, and patient! We actually had the same worker both times we went, take our order. We didn’t get his name but shout out to him. He was awesome!!
