Culver’s — Restaurant in Waconia

I just have to share my story with everyone! I love this Culver’s. Me and my wife frequent this Culver’s 1-2 times a week for ice cream after dinner. We have never ever had an issue with our order, wait time, mixed up order or anything like that. Tonight we were feeling a little hungry after dinner and wanted a chicken sandwich and ice cream. After receiving our ice cream we were asked to move forward to wait for the chicken sandwich. We pulled forward as did a few other cars. We noticed a few cars behind us got their orders first ( we didn’t think anything of it) we have always had such outstanding service. After a couple more minutes the owner walks out tell Is the chicken that originally was going to go on our sandwich ended up floor. He apologized and gave us a pint of ice cream! We thank Culver’s WACONIA for providing outstanding customer service EVERY time not just when service is slow!

Great food always and not a picky eater but the only three times I've been to this new location something has been wrong with order! Luckily the kids aren't picking either so we made do, but kinda annoying after three times. Third time not so much a charm. First time wrong burger but right on receipt. Second time ordered 'the works' on a cheddar butterburger and it only had ketchup and mustard but again said the right 'works' on receipt. Third time ordered and paid for bacon extra but no bacon and again the right add bacon on receipt. I understand getting lost in the ordering but still. Either way, my family and I love Culver's and the convenience of this location so we'll definitely return. But we won't go through drive thru, and will check order before we go even if it means pulling apart each burger to see. I would suggest the...

Culver's...Culver's is my wife's favorite fast food spot, for me not so much. That being said, every time we have journeyed to this location we have not been disappointed.

The staff is always friendly, but not in a overly congenial semi creepy chick-fil-A way. Our orders have always been correct and arrive promptly even during service rushes. On the basis of customer service alone this location gets 5 stars.

As for the food. . .it's Culver's. If you have never had it, try it. You could be like my wife and enjoy it immensely. Or you could hate it...which I doubt, because who hates quality quick service food with a side of cola and amiable employees? More than likely, you'll end up somewhere near me on the fast food likeability scale in regards to Culvers, not on my top tier list, but at least it's...
