I came to this location a few days ago when the store was short staffed and the lobby was closed. So, I did what any decent person would do and simply went through the drive-thru. The line moved very fast and the worker at the window was very friendly, but stressed. She told me that she’d been getting yelled at all morning by disgruntled customers. They had multiple people call in sick and were unable to turn off mobile orders because of tech. issues. I told her that it’s It’s always surprising to see people lose their minds over a stupid cup of coffee. She ended up giving me my coffee for free as a thank you for being understanding. People, let’s just remember that the people working in customer service are…..ALSO PEOPLE! Let’s have some respect. Read moreThey were short staffed on Sept 29th so they closed the lobby. But they still took mobile orders and didn’t warn customers. So I had to wait in the drivethru line for 10 minutes to get my preordered drink making me super late for work! They didn’t even care how much they were messing up people’s morning. I’m so mad! I don’t recommend going to this location if you have anywhere to be on time.

I visit a lot of Starbucks and typically the staff are all pretty friendly but at this location there only seems to be one smiling staff member at a time. I said hi to the lady helping me by the name on her name tag and rather than greeting me back she asked what she can get me in a monotone voice and straight face. No smile, no greeting.
