Larry's Family Pizza — Restaurant in Wadena

I am very frustrated, I requested the extra room be reserved on Friday evening for family and friends I even offered to rent it knowing I would have people from out of town/state that would want to eat and to have an area to visit after my mom's memorial. The room was dirty, there was food on the chairs and on the floor, I had to request the tables to be washed off. We had 2 different waitresses that were night and day. The one was professional, kind, considerate and courteous (she is going to college in Fargo I believe) The other heavier set one with glasses was the exact opposite. She was rude, mouthy, she interrupted us constantly, she thought she was funny when I requested a refill of soda with extra ice and she didn't put any ice in it. I had to ask her 3 times for ice before she would comply. The worst part was how extremely rude she was to my father. We just had a memorial service for my mom and she treated him with no respect or consideration. There were people who questioned my choice in selecting Larry's Family Pizza after what they saw. I was so embarrassed. I could have and should have bought catered food in Fargo and brought it to Wadena but thought I would stay local... huge mistake. I have been trying to contact the manager since Saturday. I have left messages for her to call me with no response. All I can say is...

Disappointing Food and Service. We ordered the original thin crust and got something other than that. The cheese was also all piled up in the middle inner- half of the pizza with nothing on the outer 4" of it. The powder mix Lemonade was so strong it was undrinkabe and another table said the same thing. The waitress had a solution, she brought me a full large glass of water, I guess so I could dilute it but with both glasses full, one with water and the other with Lemonade I'm not sure how I would do that.

When I commented to the Teenage Waitress about the Pizza, she just shrugged her shoulders and couldn't get away from our table fast enough.

We used to get awesome pizza at Larry's but not lately. No response from management or the owners makes me think this has become a common occurrence for them.

We won't be back anytime soon. Maybe they should have an Adult supervising the teenage workers.

At my wife's job, the local hospital, many of her co-workers said they have experienced issues at Larry's as well. Different Depts. used to order pizzas from them but have switched to Pizza Ranch as of late.

This is very sad as Larry's was by far my favorite place to go for pizza but I might as well just throw my $28 in the garbage as that is the same place their Nasty tasting and...

I have eaten at Larry's for many years. Although it's been a while since I was there last. This time was by far the worst service we have had at a restaurant in a very long time. First off, I don't expect it to be fast food there. But this time took forever. I didn't get salsa the first three times I asked our server for it. Had to go to the counter and ask someone else. She messed up on another order by not bringing fries with a burger after she was asked if they come with the burger, which they do. Then she wanted to charge him extra when he asked about getting them. Whoever was in the kitchen did make them and get them out. The third person in our group didn't get their wrap until the second server brought the ketchup out for the burger that was almost gone because our server never brought it out with the burger or when asked to get some. The wrap came out with the fries when the first two were almost done eating. By far, the worst experience at this restaurant. He deserves a raise, and she shouldn't be dealing...
