Christine's Cheesecakes — Restaurant in Waite Park

We ordered a birthday cake flavored cheesecake for my son's birthday and when I came to pick it up, Christine had to give me unfortunate news that someone had sold our cheesecake the prior day. Christine was overly apologetic and went above and beyond to correct the situation. She ended up giving us a rectangular version of the birthday cake flavor for free and since the rectangular wasn't very visually appealing, we picked out another "in-stock" round cake. Even though I insisted on paying for the 2nd round cake, Christine would not accept any payment, giving us this one for free as well. We've had many good experiences with Christine and I would recommend her to anyone. Both of the cheesecakes she gave us tasted absolutely amazing! It's how people respond when something goes wrong that shows you how much they care about their business. We were beyond satisfied with how Christine turned a negative situation...

Y’all. This place is a whole vibe. Christine was working the counter with a line out the door, yet still managed to treat every single person like they were the main character. No rush, all smiles, and 100% good energy.

Now let’s talk goodies: I got the dirty soda—root beer with toasted marshmallow sweet cream (YES, it was as magical as it sounds)—and a s’mores cheesecake that tasted like it was baked by campfire angels.

Prices? Shockingly good. Service? Impeccable. Mood? Deliciously dangerous. I’ll be back… probably...

My wife and I were so excited to find a place that sold cheesecake in the St Cloud area! We were pleasantly surprised to see all the flavors they had readily available to try. We wanted to try ALL of them! We ended up getting the 15 cheesecake minis and every single one tasted AMAZING! It’s soo hard to choose a favorite.
