a bunch of ribbon thin sliced onion smashed into a two 2.22 oz smash pattys. the onion caramelizes, and steams into the meat, it's....it's wild my friend, you've gotta try it to really understand the alchemy of beef, onion, steel and pressure that creates this wonder-burger. served with american chz, crispy onions, and bloomin onion sauce on a toasted martins potato roll. you can add bacon, remove cheese and/or sauce. other modifications politely declined on this one — trust us, it’s better that way.

This place punches well above it's class and everyone I talk to raves about their burgers and you will too. Even if you aren't craving a burger, get a Peace Burger anyway, you will find that it may start or rekindle your desire for more. Staff seems genuine and earnest, there's evidence that they take pride in their craft. Very different experience than you will find in a franchise burger. This places sets the standard.

Not fancy but local food with character and taste.

Update, after a 4 week break I returned for more, burger was outstanding and this trip I tried the wings with a medium...

Bit disappointed because after was so badly burnt the outside was charcoal and had so little pickle in it I couldn't taste it. The ingredients are fresh, but I think they were just too busy. I didn't complain because I was afraid I would have to wait for another 45 mins so ate what I could and got a dessert...

The Valley is so lucky to get a Peace Burger brick and mortar. I spent all summer of 2024 chasing them around to their pop ups and events. Excellent burger, fries, and rotating drinks. Can’t wait to see what they have up their sleeves for...
