The Mad Rover — Local services in Waitsfield

I had the pleasure of visiting the Mad Rover for the first time about a week ago and meeting the wonderful owner (Steve).

Steve was immensely helpful and tracked down some footwear (sandals) I was looking for that no other shop in town had. Not an easy thing to find in the middle of the winter! However, Steve had multiple options from high quality brands and really saved me.

Beyond my specific needs, I noted they had a nice assortment of clothing and other interesting items for sale.

What a little gem. We visited the Mad Rover on a recent trip to Vermont. They have what is probably the best selection of plaid shirts and shackets I have ever seen. We picked out a couple for the hubs and not wanting be left out I got a cute sweater, yep have stuff for the gals too.
