Sadly, this Chick Fil A is completely incompetent at including key ingredients when delivering orders. We’ve ordered breakfast burritos multiple times and the salsa is never included. I called a couple of weeks ago and the manager ensured me he would “talk to the kitchen” about this issue and encouraged me to place the order through the CFA app vs Door Dash. Today, we order through the CFA app and again no salsa. I called after not receiving the salsa again and spoke with the manager, Grayson. He apologized for the issue and offered to credit our account. This still means one person is left with a dry burrito (no salsa). I asked if someone could run a salsa to our home, and he said no. I then offered to drive to the store if they could just remake the whole breakfast since everyone’s would now be cold. He said they would only be able to credit back the one burrito. This is terrible customer service especially for a Chick Fil A. No consideration for how this has negatively impacted our day on more than one occasion. We offer to come to the store to rectify their mistake and in return just want hot breakfast for everyone. We’ve learned our lesson with this location. These burritos are $6.19 not including tax and the delivery tip, which CFA also doesn’t account for when messing up your order and offering to refund. Read moreI stopped in this morning and waited patiently as several staff members walked past me back and forth serving other customers without even saying Hello, or How can I help you! I even overheard one of the managers in a blue collar shirt ask one of the staff members “if anyone had helped that lady down there with the envelope in her hand?” They had not. He still didn’t take the opportunity to come greet or ask how I could be helped. At that point, I started walking away and a different manager came up to me finally and asked if I had been helped. I told him No and that I felt quite ignored the entire time I waited patiently. This was not a busy timeframe. Only one person was in line and other customers were already seated.
He apologized, but still didn't ask how could he help. I told him that I stopped in to get information about collaborating with an organization for empowering girls in the community, but hadn't been given the opportunity or even a greeting.
This is not the type of company atmosphere that should even be considered the honor for such a cause!
My family has frequented this business countless times and this experience was a complete shame! I never expected this treatment considering this...
Read more------------------------------------------------------------------------------EDIT: Changing my review after having several of my daughters work with Rob Reasoner at his Chick-Fil-A locations. His organization is a machine that abuses employees with little regard for their mental health or physical wellbeing. One of my children was a keyholder in mgmt, helped facilitate opening of this 2nd Wake Forest / Heritage location at a corporate (think: Atlanta, GA) level, and was unceremoniously fired by Rob Reasoner with neither warning nor writeup(s), shortly after returning (I believe it was too early) from her maternity leave after our grandson was born. Afterwards he cyberstalked her LinkedIn account.
The other daughter would frequently come home in tears from the Retail Dr location, having been constantly harassed and berated by kitchen mgmt. Both of these girls are hard workers with an outstanding job ethic and have excelled at their current positions with the mindset of "Well, it can't be worse than Chick-Fil-A." I will never again eat at a Rob Reasoner...
