THEY TRULY KNOW HOW TO SCREW Up A CUSTOMERS' ORDER'S OF FOOD that could feed nine people, THEN OVER CHARGED ME, argued hollering loudly at me AND then the female MANAGER LOUDLY REPEATEDLY BLAMES ME for multiple FOOD ITEMS NOT BEING THE WAY I ORDERED THEM and her 2 cashier's taking my large order LIED TO her BUT I TOLD HER I KEPT REPEATING THE ORDER TO THE EMPLOYEE'S UNTIL THE 2ND MALE EMPLOYEE COULD REPEAT IT BACK TO ME CORRECTLY T-W-I-C-E and that I watched him turn around AND I literally HEARD HIM tell the kitchen employees the CORRECT WAY to do my ordered items while I'm sitting in my auto at the 1st drive thru window. BUT that female manager loudly stated,"IT'S ALWAYS LIKE THIS EVERY TIME YOU COME TO ORDER" and I IMMEDIATELY TOLD HER THAT'S A L-I-E Ma'am BECAUSE I DO NOT LIVE OR WORK OR COME TO YOUR Location BUT TWICE IN FOUR MONTHS and IF YOUR PEOPLE LIE TO YOU WHILE YOU ARE BLAMING IT ON ME THE CUSTOMER WHO ONLY SITS IN HER CAR AND KEEPS REPEATING MY LARGE ORDER TO YOUR EMPLOYEES then IT IS YOU AND THEM IN CONTROL IF HOW AND WHAT HAPPENS WHEN DOING MY ORDER because all I do is sit in my car and wait and answer questions to help y'all get it right"!!! I told that manager TRUTH while she believed her employees LIES saying I did NOT order the way I did and I told that LOUD HOLLERING SPEAKING INTERRUPTING FEMALE MANAGER THAT... "INSTEAD OF BLAMING ME BECAUSE YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE LIEING TO YOU then just CHECK YOUR CAMERA'S AND LISTEN TO THE RECORDED AUDIO to see and HEAR the TRUTH.....And then the hollering female manager paused and told me WE DO NOT HAVE ANY CAMERA'S and still hollered REPEATEDLY telling me SHE WANT TO TELL ME THE PROCESS IN WHICH THEY TAKE TO COOK THE QUARTER POUNDER SANDWICHES....which I'm forced to LISTEN and I'm literally APPALLED with her BEHAVIOR AND TREATMENT TOWARD's me as I reminded her I HAVE BEEN OVER CHARGED AND NEED THE OVERCHARGES MONEY RETURNED BACK TO ME, THAT I STILL NEED THE REST OF MY FOOD TO BE EDIBLE WHEN RECOOKED NOT BURNT TO A SOLID ROCK-LIKE B-L-A-C-K CHARCOAL LIKE STATE in which I nor anyone should ever be sold, and that I still DID NOT have all the BACON'S THAT COME ON ALL THE FOODS and that WHICH HER PEOPLE RUNG UP AND CHARGED ME 3 TIMES separately FOR 3 ORDER'S OF BACON even though the Double Quarter Pounder's with CHEESE AND BACON ALREADY COME WITH THEIR BACON = they already come with 3 half slices of BACON on each of them. THEY CHARGED ME $51+ dollars by charging me 3 side orders of bacon separately. My order had other items as 20pc CHICKEN NUGGET, 2 Filet O Fish sandwiches and 1 Big Mac with no pickles = sandwich only. My order were sandwiches only and 20 PC Nuggets, no fries, no drinks.... I ordered everything CORRECTLY, BUT it does NOT ADD UP in math WHAT I WAS CHARGED IN TOTAL and the female manager ONLY REFUNDED ME BACK $2 and 11 cents. I will be reaching out to higher UPS for help and for the CORRECT REFUND and so that I can OFFER THEM PROOF ON MY RECEIPT AND PROOF ON MY PHONE TOO!!! I was left there and the time on the receipts and proof on my phone show that I was left pulled up in the drive thru waiting for over an hour. THE MANAGER NEVER CAME BACK TO the THIRD WINDOW TO ME so when I finally saw there were zero vehicle behind me at the 2nd window I decide to back up slowly safely so I could get help and the girl closed the window in my face while the same manager is standing right there watching talking and 2 black females along with the rest were telling the other customers that "THAT WAS THE KADY IN THE WHITE HAT, THAT IS THE KADY WITH THE WHITE HAT AND THEY HUNG THEIR 2 HEADS AND NECKS AND HANDS OUT THE OTHER WINDOW SPEAKING ILL about me to the other customer who now also saying horrible things while they all look at me making sure they are lod enough and I can see them and I can hear them = DISGUSTING!!! I still did not have the full order, was waiting on it so could not leave because I was ordering for 9 people including myself and did not want to loose all my money they were paid for...
Read moreI visit the McDonald's in Walker near I12 maybe once a week for breakfast and they are very consistent. The drive-thru lines move at a quick and steady pace. The food is consistently hot and the quality is the same from one visit to the next.
There are 2 (minor) reasons I didn't give 5 stars. The first reason is that the inside dining room has not reopened since the quarantine. I am not sure of the reasons but it does not appear they are any intention of opening the dining room any time soon. No doubt they are saving money operating drive-thru only. The second reason is the McDonald's company policy (or whatever the source of the ridiculousness is) on jelly packets. Nearly every time, I say 'please give me lots of strawberry jelly' and 9/10 times, I am lucky if i get 1 packet per biscuit/whatnot. I then ask for several more then receive another 2. I think McDonald's needs to be investigated because I suspect they make employees pay out of their own pockets for how many packets they give out. I understand they can't give everyone that asks massive handfuls of them but I don't think 1 packets for each biscuit.

You're spending loads of cash on a regular basis most of the time, yet saying anything to someone in uniform is met with cold glares and often no words at all. No thanks or here's your receipt or even a hello. It's really unfriendly. If you ask for help at all you're spoken to unprofessionally and often with rude tones of voice. I get it you don't wanna be there but at least you have a job and a paycheck. If someone asks for a pack of ketchup or a bag, just give it to them and say here ya go thanks or even give an uncomfortable smile. After this past visit I'm not coming back ever again. The order is always incorrect. We are always treated poorly. And this particular location in walker is incredibly slow and disorganized. Been double charged once. Have never had the curbside service work properly on the app. Even when the staff if given the app to see, they often experience problems themselves. Have had to wait double time on orders more than twice. (Had to order twice and wait for the food to be made twice. Once given away to wrong person.
