Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Walker

I’ve been thinking about this a lot before posting a review but I decided it’s best that I do so the public can see since management apparently doesn’t care about their business. One day I was waiting in Pizza Hut in Walker (nobody had helped after ten minutes). I was watching a young girl with short hair and glasses (maybe 16 years old) it looked like she was getting dough ready. She asked a guy what he had done already (she called him mick or nick) the girl was asking nicely so she could get her work done but the guy had a horrible attitude towards her. Then an older lady (name started with a D, maybe Diana or Deana) went over and got in the teenagers face. This grown woman was being so harsh and loud towards this young girl. I could tell the girl got upset. It was really uncalled for. I pray this horrible woman isn’t the manager. I wanted so badly to say something or go behind that counter to defend the young girl but this grown woman looks like she’d be the kind of person to press bogus charges or be sue happy. So instead I just left without placing an order which is bad for Pizza Hut because I was not only getting an order for my families dinner that night but I also wanted to speak to a manager about setting up weekly orders for my employees every Friday. Instead we went to papa Johns. I’d love to come back to pizza hut but I can’t support a company that treats their employees like that, especially a child! To the young girl, you seem like a hard worker and extremely respectful. I’ll be coming back but not to order food, to offer you a job where you will be respected and not treated so inhuman. Let me add, all of my experiences haven’t been this way. When I first started to go to walker Pizza Hut there was a different manager. I can’t remsmber her name but it was just a few months ago, she had glasses and a tattoo on her arm that said “Remington” (which was so cool) she was definitely the nicest person I’ve ever met in the food industry. The first order I placed for pick up, they were really busy so it took a little longer. I sensed that she was overwhelmed but she apologized, it was her first week as a manager and things were a little crazy. She was so sincere and made me want to come back the next day (so I did) I haven’t seen her in a while. I hope she has moved up the latter and is doing good but I wish she would come back and make Pizza Hut great...

The word crap doesnt even begin to explain this work place and environment. Time and time again night shift fails to do their nightly duties of cleaning the store so morning shift can have an easy open. Dishes always being left, trash overflowing and filling up the back of the store, dont get me started on their sweeping and mopping skills. I mean you can see the grease on the floor and feel it on your shoes. And there is always cheese on the floor and pepperoni across the store as if they are playing with them like Frisbees. And they want their morning shift to come into work 2 hours before they are supposed to clock in so they can prep BTW is part of a night shift duties that they fail to do. Also did yall know the walls in the store aren't ment to be yellow they were painted white but because of how poorly they clean its yellow now. I've already seen a review about a roach in somebody's pizza which I believe because of how gross the store is. I feel bad for anyone who has to work in them conditions and I certainly feel bad for morning crew due to the lack of bumps on night...

F@#$%^ TERRIBLE!!! every time I ordered from there wait time online said an hour got my pizza 3 hours later so I tried to call in an order and ask that they not send the same driver as the previous times because he always calls me and I have to give this 50+ year old man directions and he can't even tell me where he is at to begin with! I LIVE RIGHT BY BURGESS AVE AND FLORIDA IN A WELL LIT EASY TO FIND NEIGHBORHOOD! cheese had hardened by the time i got my food and it was 11:00 at night needless to say I had lost my appetite .....BUT...before i could get to ask for a different driver I had the website pulled up and was ordering from it well I asked HOLLY how much an 8 piece hot wing was and she tells me 7.50 well clicked over to wings to see which flavor I wanted and it's telling me 6.50 and I asked her why was it higher and she couldn't give me a reason so I asked her politely to open their website and look at the price and she refused so at that point I said ok nevermind bye. I ORDERED FROM DOMINOS ....
